Notice Inviting Bid on EPC Mode
RFP for Construction of new 2-Lane Major Bridge with its approaches from design Chainage 0+000 to
2+150 across River Sone in the State of Bihar (via Panduka) & Jharkhand under CRIF Scheme on
Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode. The Senior Project Engineer, Works Division Ara,
Bihar RajyaPulNirman Nigam Ltd. (BRPNNL) is engaged in Construction of new 2-Lane Major Bridge with
its approaches from design Chainage 0+000 to 2+150 across River Sone in the State of Bihar (via Panduka)
& Jharkhand under CRIF Scheme on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Mode through an
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract.
The Senior Project Engineer, Works Division Ara, Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Ltd. (BRPNNL) now
invites bids from eligible contractors for the following project:

17.00 Hours IST. Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https:// eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app
on or before 02.08.2021 up to 17:00 Hours IST. Bids received online shall be opened on 03.08.2021 ( at 17.00
Hrs IST )
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security declaration, document fee,
Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement etc if any, shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or
before 03.08.2021 at 15:00 Hours IST, Please note that the [Ministry/BRPNNL/ Executing Agency] reserves the
right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
