The Mediterranean jackup market is currently operating at full utilization. However, from the
Other Modes Cold Stacked Active Supply Jackups Demand middle of 2007 and through 2008 the market will be in deficit. The market will require 17

The Mediterranean semi market is expected to be undersupplied for the next two years. We see
strong demand for semi submersibles in Italy, Israel and Libya.
