VISION, MISSION & PHILOSOPHY

Vision:

Our vision is to be an organization that will encourage the skills and creativity of our
employees and to share our knowledge to everyone to develop and improve their creativity
when designing their own shoes.

Our vision is to we promote the originality of each individual’s mind and concepts. By
designing their own shoe, they are also expressing themselves through what they manifest in
the product.

Our vision is to share our passion about a unique art that will encourage a lot of people
to be who they are.

Mission:

Our mission is to provide a product that is comfortable to wear and will guarantee the
durability of our product.

Our mission is to be able to be well-known around our local unit and to promote to our
fellow people that expressing yourself through something will give you a motivation to be
yourself.

Our mission is to promote and share the passion of art in the form of shoes that are
unique to every single people.
Philosophy:

We believe that if you are comfortable with what you wear, you will feel confident
about yourself. That’s why our main goal is to provide a shoe that will be comfortable to wear
at the same time, have a unique design by the owner itself.

BASIS OF MOTIVATION:

 Motivation consists of factors that drive an individual’s work efforts. Some individuals
feel it very important to help others and contribute to their success. To have a
successful business the motivation should believe your product/ service will meet an
important need and having the drive and belief in your business.
 Motivating your employees is vital in any business. A motivated business means highly
productive staffs which help you achieve your business goals. Employee’s motivation is
the level of energy, commitment and creativity that company's employees bring to their
jobs.
 Gives employees more responsibility and decision making motivates them to increase
their realm control over the tasks for which they are held responsible and better equips
them to carry out those tasks.
 Allow them to express their spontaneous creativity and innovation to use their ideas to
improve it. It motivates the employees and benefits the organization.
