appropriate cabin size (as mentioned below); suitable for
operation at 50°C and 90% relative humidity
manufactured by any one of the manufacturers as
specified in annexure “A” or equivalent.

Assembled in accordance with their provided drawings /

manuals and consisting of painted welded steel bed
plate; frame work to accommodate the with all imported
material of desired specification including the cost of ERD
"emergency rescue device" and fire rated doors (with 02
hour minimum capacity to reduntand the fire).

It includes the connection of necessary control & power

cables with suitable arragements duly approved by the
electro-mechanical consultant in all respect. complete
with electronic safeties to given regulation to BS EN 81
will apply to all new installations; Safety requirements for
passenger and goods electric lifts to safeguard
passengers and maintenance personnel against injury.

manufacturer’s standard range.
19 Landing Doors: On All Floors in Etched finish stainless
steel in pattern selected to consultant’s choice from
manufacturer’s standard range of designs.

20 Architraves: On All Floors Lintel and splayed door

frame to cover full wall thickness in hairline finished
stainless steel.
21 Entrance landing sills: Extruded hard aluminum.
22 Door Operation: AC / DC motor with electronic control .

23 Type of hoistway, doors at all floors: Power operated

2 panel automatic sliding center opening. Doors shall be
UK 2 Hrs fire rated.

26 Cabin Indicators: Built – in digital led dot – display car
position indicator with direction arrows will have to be
incorporated on top of the car operating panel to
facilitate better view of the position of car comfortably
even during crowded condition.

buttons of micro stroke click type, which will illuminate
on registration of a call will be located on the side wall of
the Car. Faceplate will be in satin finished stainless steel.
