short notes about my experiences in plastic, chemical, petrochemical industries,
food and medical devices, where all other details are clearly mentioned in my

1. I have 15- year experiences in the fields of Quality, operations and occupational
health &safety and environmental system planning, implementation, audit and
review in chemical industries, medical devices, food industries, petrochemical
industries and oil and gas fields industries in multinational companies.
2. I have implemented integrated QMS /SMS,EMS and risk assessment for food
packaging materials, Para pharmaceuticals, medical devices ( Dialyzers, blood
line, dialysis filters, Medical X-ray equipment, …etc)

treatment and solid disposal according to Egyptian environmental law and other
international regulations.
8. 5- Year experience in Quality control by using ionizing radiation and licensed as
radiation protection expert.
9. NDT unit management by using ionizing and non – ionizing radiation and
radioisotopes in industries and oilfields.
10.I have implemented and developed QHSE system policy, objectives and
strategies and the company manual for Tech, ALCOA Egypt, Lufkin Middle East
and Tecknopack in addition to 81 military factories with Zero incident record.
11.I have a license to deal with all sources of ionizing radiation inspection and
protection whether natural or artificial (X-rays) of all voltage in industry,
research and in oilfields.
12.Professional expert in process functional safety according to IEC 61508,61511
13. Certified Quality manager/auditor by European Organization of quality
14.Certified ISO 9015 lead auditor
15.Certified OHSAS 18001 lead auditor by DNV and IRCA certified.
16.Certified ISO 14001:2015 lead auditor by DNV and IRCA certified.
