INTRODUCTION

Vivian Fondo, an Independent Business and system analyst, has done a Preliminary Investigation

Report of Precision Electronic Parts, PEP, payment system and current billing system, and

related business functions or processes. The investigation was requested by

PEP’s Information Technology Steering Committee (ITSC) which includes the following

member: Carolyn West who is the CEO), Tim Uduak, Jr. the COO, Karl Manley the CFO, Mark

Temple the CIO, Susan Black the SVP, and Jason Udo the VP.

SYSTEMS REQUEST SUMMARY

In the last year, PEP has come up with a low voltage vehicle that is capable of lessening

electricity expenses in addition to making aged medical equipment more eco-friendly; PEP has

included an additional new line of better efficient low voltage motors which is purposed to be

used in other fields other than medicine. This has led to a supply-demand rise for the vehicles, to
