SMR eFiling Tutorial

How to Register a Facility (Plant)?


To register a Facility(Plant), please click on the “Facility” button at the
upper right hand corner of the page.

Then Click on “Add New”


It will lead to a form that you will need to fill out and save.
How to create a report?
To create a report, click on “Reports” link on the upper right
hand corner of the page.

Then click on “Create New Report”


It will then lead you to the first part of the report which is the selection of facility. This is the
facility to which you are filing the report for.

Select Facility from the dropdown


list.

Click on “Save” to save


the selected facility.
Click on “Next” to go to the next page.

How to add a User?

Click on “Users”

Then click on “Add New”


To Preview a
copy of the
report click on
“Report Review”
Click “Print” to print a copy of the report.
For PCO use

For
Approver:

Once “For
Approval”
button is clicked,
Approver will
receive an email
request for the
approval of the
report
Select “Approved” from the dropdown box to approve the report
A window will pop up
notifying the user(s) on
how to pay for the
registration fee.

Reminder: Please
include your
Company name and
account number
when making a
payment.
Once payment has been made and verified, user will
receive an email confirming their payment and Account
Activation. User may now submit their report.
To submit an approved report click on “Submit” button

Notification will pop-up confirming submission of report


Status will change to “Report Already Submitted”

User will get a confirmation


email that report has been
submitted and the time and
date it was submitted
How To log out:

Log out by clicking on the “Logout”


button
