MANIFESTATION

Petitioner, by counsel and to this Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. That in an Order made by this Honorable Court Dated 27th day of October 2020,
it directed the petitioner to submit inventory of the ward’s disposed properties and
to what happened to the proceeds thereof.

2. That according to the immediate relatives of the ward and co-guardian Maria
Nina L. Dela Cruz, all the ward’s properties disposed by the late Maxima Lopez
Dela Cruz was not disclosed to them on how the proceeds was used and liquidated.

3. The only real property left for the ward is the Fishpond located at San Pablo,
Hagonoy with an area Nineteen Thousand Five hundred Thirteen square meters
(19,513sqms) and with title no. T32917.

RELIEF

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays that the manifestation be considered


as compliance of the Order dated 27th day of October 2020.
Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
