Eng. Musinguzi Begumisa - Managing Director
He is a registered Engineer with over 12 years of experience. He has attained a lot of
experience in materials for construction throughout his career. He holds MSc in Civil
Engineering and Master of Public Infrastructure Management from Makerere University and
Master of Business Administration specialising in International Business from Amity University
Utah Pradesh – India. He also has Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere
University among other numerous trainings he has attended over time. He has worked on
several projects as an individual consultant and also under oraginastions both private and
government.

Eng. Michael Atukunda - Geotechnical Engineer

He holds M.Sc Geotechnics and Infrastructure in Civil Engineering and Geodetic Science
from Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany and B.Eng. (Hons) Civil and Building
Engineering from Kyambogo University with over 11 years’ post-graduate experience and
has particular expertise in Geotechnical Engineering whose specialty in terms of geotechnical
engineering is special ground investigations and soil/rock mechanics. He has worked on a
variety of structural consultancy projects in South Africa like the 57 schools under the ASIDI
initiative in Eastern Cape, a Water pipeline geotechnical design project in Lesotho and so on.
He is also an Assistant lecturer at Makerere University.

Mutabazi Arthur - Materials Engineer

He is an experienced materials engineer with over 10 years of experience in the field of
geotechnical engineering, material testing and structural assessment.
He also has expertise in foundation designs. He holds Bachelor of science in Civil Engineering
from Kyambogo University
Arihoona Benert - Laboratory Manager
With a vast experience in the field of Material Testing, Geotechnical Investigations and Structural Assessments,
He holds Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Degree with honors from Makerere University. He
also graduated with First class honors (Distinction) in National Diploma in Civil Engineering from UTC - Bushenyi
Benert has worked on many projects with FRAM Geolab Ltd since joining in 2016. His technical skills and ability
to adapt to a changing industry has enabled him to grow with us. He has the ability to coordinate teams, allocate
resources as per the schedule and deliver the project in time.
Before joining us, he worked with UNRA as a Materials Technician were he gained a lot of expertise.

Philemon Mwije - Technical Manager

He is a Civil Engineer with vast knowledge in the field of engineering materials of Soils, Aggregates, Bitumen and
Asphalt concrete for construction projects. He holds BSc in Civil Engineering. For the past 4 years, he acquired
relevant experience in materials testing, Geo-technical investigation and Geo-physical surveys with efficiency in
analyzing test results, preparing detailed reports and drawing relevant conclusions and recommendations.

Kamugisha Loiz - Materials Technician

He is our senior Materials Technician with over six years of experience in material testing. He
graduated with Bachelor's degree in Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University and
National diploma in civil engineering from UTC - Bushenyi. Previously, he worked with Teclab Africa
and UNRA as the materials and geotechnical support stuff.

Ampeirwe Edina - Materials Technician

She is an experienced Materials Technician with over 5 years experience in the field of soil testing. She holds a
National Diploma in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering.
She previously worked with UNRA materials laboratory where she gained a lot of experience.
