Notes:
1. Contract shall be Fixed Lump Sum based on approved drawings, layout, specifications, scope of works and matrix of responsibilities.
2. All scope of works not included on this BOQ but indicated in the specs or drawings and any discrepancy in the quantities
between the consolidated BOQ and your estimates shall be deemed considered in the unit rates.
3. Any consumable, accessory, tool, and equipment used for the completion of the above scope of works shall be deemed part
of the direct rates.
4. Bidder shall strictly comply to consultant specifications.
5. Gondola will be provided by MDC, winning bidder shall strictly follow MDC schedule
6. Bond duration for (a) Surety Bond shall be the contract duration or 1 year whichever is longer and (b) Performance Bond
shall be contract duration plus 1 year.
