Slow COMT Fast COMT

 Able to focus/study for long hours  I have a difficult time paying attention.
 Enjoy travelling and exploring I’m a poster child for ADHD
 Tend to be a workaholic  I tend to go with the flow
 When I get stressed, it takes me a long  I’m not a workaholic

 I experience heavy menstrual bleeding  I do better with stimulant prescription
 I have or have had uterine fibroids drugs or herbs
 I’m sensitive to pain compared to others  I do worse with calming prescription
 Eating a high protein diet makes me feel drugs or herbs
more irritable
 I do poorly with stimulant prescription
drugs (Ritalin, Adderall, Vyvanse and
Focalin) or herbs (rhodiola, ginseng)
 I do better with calming prescription
drugs (Intuniv) or herbs (holy basil,
chamomile)
