* Play each chord progression in the restricted fretboard region.

Root can only be from frets 5 to 7:

Module 2 : Exercises
a) Play the major scale only with your index finger on the same string.
‘’Tone – Tone – Semitone – Tone – Tone – Tone – Semitone’’

#1: F major scale – from the 6th string

#2: B major scale – from the 5th string

#3: C# major scale – from the 5th string

#4: G major scale – from the 6th string

#5: Bb major scale – from the 5th string

#6: D major scale – from the 6th string


*(jump back down one octave if you need to)

b) Harmonize all 7 degrees of those major scales with the right chords (starting from the
string of your choice).
