Please summarize the learning you got from the first video session of CSD.

Summary Session 1:
In first session of corporate skill development, we have learned about how skills are
important in our carrier and how we can improve our CV, how to interact with others.
Basically, there are academic skill, computer skill, documentation and reporting skills,
communication skill and analytical and intelligence skill, teamwork and leadership skill are
required in individual in corporate world. In this session we have also come to know that the
skills which are you writing in your CV should be relevant to you and you can prove it that
you have written in your CV. So, don't write irrelevant skills and you should always respect
to your seniors. Make a list of that skills that you can put on your CV and make another list
of that skills that you are working on it, always be true don't say fake things about yourself.

Summary Session 2:
In second session of corporate skill development, we have seen that how we can achieve
our goal. So in this session we have learn that our goal should be specific and we should
always prepare in advance, we should focus on our skills and we should also do planning in
advance, we should focus on our passion, purpose and participating of doing job this P3
should be interrelated to each other.so define your success and start following it. Our goal
should be clear and we should focus on that. For example, my goal is to get good marks in
MBA and to get a good job in banking sector.

Please summarize the learning you got from the third video session of CSD.

Summary Session 3:
In third session of corporate skill development, we have learned about how we can manage
our time and energy and focus on our goal. So, in this session we have we have learned that
how we can achieve your goal effectively and efficiently. For achieving our goal, we need to
remove negative thoughts from mind and focus on positive things for example remove
political discussion, argument negative peoples. We should always focus on our goal, we
should give first priority to our goal and we should remove all the negative thoughts from
mind which distract us from your goal.

Please summarize the learning you got from the fourth video session of CSD.

Summary Session 4:
In fourth session of corporate skill development, we come to know about sensitivity
analysis in this session we have seen three types of sensitivity analysis first one is
theoretical sensitivity this is used for analysis. Second is practical sensitivity this is used
for understanding what things matter to you for achieving your goal, and third is personal
sensitivity in this type of sensitivity we need to hide our emotions from others.

Overall Summary and Feedback:


Corporate skill development fifth session is a summary of all the four sessions in first
session of CSD we have learn about skill development and we should make a list of your
skills and focus on those skills which helps in achieving goals. In second session of CSD
we have learn about that, we should be focus on our goal what we want to achieve. In third
session we learn about how we can manage our time and energy effectively and efficiently
to achieve our goal and in fourth session we have learn about sensitivity analysis and we
have also seen three types of sensitivity first one is theoretical sensitivity second is
practical sensitivity and third is personal sensitivity.
Corporate skills development session is an informative session for all of us, it is an
informative session that we have attended which helps us presently and in coming future
also. I would like to thanks VCE for arranging such session for us.
