HirePro System Requirements - Video Proctored Assessment

System Requirements:

● Please use the latest 3 versions of Google Chrome (excluding Beta Version) for best performance.
● Please ensure that the minimum speed of your internet connection is 1MBPS.
● System must have at least 4 GB RAM.
● All system pop-ups should be disabled
● All System updates should be disabled
● Cookies should be enabled
● JavaScript should be enabled
● Please ensure that the mic and webcam are connected to the system.
● Allow Webcam & Mic in the browser to proceed. If it is blocked follow below steps to allow it:
● Go to Chrome ->Setting ->Advanced Setting ->Privacy ->Content Settings ->Enable Microphone & Camera

Important Note:

● The complete test will be Audio and Video Proctored, Please be available in front of the camera throughout
the test duration.
● Please ensure that you are taking the test where your face has enough lighting.
● If you are trying to navigate from the test window or from the camera, The system will give you an alert.

General Instructions:

● To make sure the system requirements are properly checked, Please follow the below steps.
● Please click on the below compatibility link:

● Once you click on the link, you have to enter your Email id and click on “Ok”
● Once you click on ok, A page will open up which displays the system compatibility for the HirePro Video
proctored online assessment.
● Please make sure your camera, microphone, browser, and all other System info are compatible enough to
take the test.
● You can also click on “Record Sample Video” in order to make sure the network and internet speed is
working properly.
● The online assessment will be conducted under the “Auto Proctored” environment where the system will
monitor your movements through camera and Audio is monitored through Microphone.
● If you still have any issues or found any fields in red colour with an error notification on the compatibility
link. We suggest checking the same in any other system for a smooth run.
● You will receive the test link and your login credentials to your registered Email ID once after your successful
registration.
● Along with the login credentials a helpline number and support Email ID will also be shared to get in touch
with our support team for any technical glitches faced during the test.
● Keep ample amounts of rough sheets handy for your calculation work.
● Do not use mobile phones, calculators or any other electronic gadgets during the test. All the Best!!
