WHY IS THE TOPIC CHOSEN


In this topic it show how training helps the workers improve their
ability in which they meet the company requirements to perform a
certain task .For example each department has their own function
like for packaging of product, the workers should have a basic
understanding of the machine.

OBJECTIVES
From the point of view of the individual employee, there are three
main aims of training: Improve the individual's level of awareness.
Increase an individual's skill in one or more areas of expertise.
Increase an individual's motivation to perform their job well. Training
is important to enhance the capabilities of employees. Recent
researches reveal that training enables most organizations meet
their goals and objectives. In doing so employees are able to learn
new work concepts, refresh their skills, improve their work attitude
and boost productivity.
