For Student Registration – Five year Course – Year 1

Step 1: Click on Sign up for New Registration

Step 2: Kindly, fill all the mandatory details to complete your registration process
Step 3: Kindly click on submit to submit your application. To edit or refill please click reset.

For Authentication Process - Your Integrity is our responsibility

Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number

Step 5: Click on Re-generate OTP if not received

Step 6: After entering the OTP, please click on submit

You will receive your password on your registered mobile number. Kindly enter your user id and
password to login
Step 7: Change Password and click on submit
Step 8: For Forgot Useraname

Step 9: Forgot Useraname, enter mobile number and captche and clcik on submit

Step 10: For Forgot Password


Step 11 : Forgot Useraname, enter mobile number and captche and clcik on submit

Step 12: How to activate your Account


Step 13: Enter the User ID and click on Submit
Step 14: Dashboard of the student

Step 15: Click here for the requirement List


Step 16: Common field page (All the fields are manadatory)

Step 17: Fill the Admission Form and click on save and proceed
Step 18: Fill the Academic Details and click on save and proceed

Step 19: Tick on I agree for the declaration and click on Save and Proceed
Step 20: Select the subjects and click on save and proceed

Step 21: The Undertaking for Candidate/ Student, Tick on I agree and click on Submit
Step 22: The Undertaking for Parent/ Guardian, Tick on I agree and click on Save and Proceed
(Upload a signature of Parent/ Guardian)

Step 23: The Undertaking, Tick on I agree and click on Submit


Step 24: Upload Optional Documents, click on choose file and upload documents and then click
on submit

Step 25: The Undertaking for attendance, tick on I agree and click on next

Step 26: The Undertaking of Provisional Admission, tick on I agree and click on next
Step 27: ID Card Application, tick on I agree and click on next
Step 28: Dashboard of the student

Step 29: To view the admission form click on eye symbol

Step 30: To view the admission form click on Download symbol

The PDF File Password is the combination of first 3 letters of your name (CAPITAL) and your
Date of Birth
For Example- If Your first name is Akash and Your Date of Birth is 02-Jun-1992, then Your
Password will be - AKA_19920602

Step 31:To view the docuemnts click on eye symbol

Step 32: Update profile


Step 33: Payment History

Step 34: After admission is Approved (by Junior Clerk, Committee of Professor and
Principal) again login to student, the option of ‘’PAY NOW’’ will be visible to the students,
click on PAY NOW
Step 35: If the Admission is objected and college have asked for documents to be submitted
than click on Upload Documents Eye symbol

Step 36: Click on Choose, Select the file and Click on Submit
Step 37: Fee Structure will be available on the screen, click on PAY NOW

Step 38: After clicking on Pay Now the student will land to Axis Bank’s payment Gateway
