Password Reset Process

1. IVR Based Self Service

 All calls to 7799 are being routed through IVR
 Dial 7799 > press 1 if you’re a permanent employee > enter employee ID followed by #
key > press 1 to confirm > Press option number 2 to reset password and account unlock
> press 0 to account unlock and press 1 to reset password > press 2 generate new OTP
> it will be sent on personal mobile number and email address registered in PACE-HR >
press 1 to enter OTP code > enter OTP code > password will be reset and will be sent
on registered mobile number and email address

3. Other Self-Help Services for Password Reset:

Webmail – Associates may login to the outlook Web Access and get their Login password
changed.

4. Password Reset (Self Service Admin)

Register on SSA by performing one-time activity of capturing 6 secret questions/answers

combinations. These will be used for authentication later. If you do not remember your
password and as result cannot login to your own machine (Laptop/desktop), please take help
from your colleagues to use their system’s browser by providing security information to reset

5. ATOM (Voyager / Twingo / MS Teams / SFB / TIM Portal)

Note:

ATT users to note password once reset would not be able to change for next 30 Days

Additional Guidelines: TechMahindra users to note password once reset would not be able to change
for next 24 hrs.

All the associates are requested to update their profile with Mobile Number and Personal Email
ID in PACE HR portal

Kindly update your details under the below fields

 Path – PACE-HR - Employee Self Service - Personal Information

 Phone Numbers – Please save your mobile number under Mobile No. 1 and select as
Preferred
 Email Addresses– Please save your personal email address under Personal and select
as Preferred
