- Taking responsibility for day-to-day general administration activities to ensure company in
smooth operation.
- Managing the company’s assets and documents.
- Assisting the Chairman and CEO on working schedule in Vietnam, travel schedule update,
accommodation arrangement.
- Prepare and make all reports, documents for relevant organizations and authorities as
requested.
- Ensure employees' transportation is comfortable/suitable and under safety condition.
- Monitor & ensure IT/camera/telephone system... is in good condition.
- Update about public disease, healthcare support to employees if required
- Monitor Company purchasing related to Administration field: IT/telephone system,
stationary, plants, mineral water…
- Responsible for uniforms (T-shirt/coats)/cards/ …) and others purchasing related to
Company image development
- Cooperate with Admin Dept. to make sure Security team perform their duty well for
people and company assets safety.
- Oversee, check and approve the office administrative tasks including preparing
monthly/semi-annual/annual expense budget, preparing monthly expense report, filing of
documents, and procedures for the office admin works, maintaining and updating the related
databases of administrative operations.
- Update, inform and advise management company applied the provisions of the
Government of Vietnam on company operations.
- Advisory board of the administrative regulations.
- Assist other departments on administrative matters.
- Supervise other administrative activities.
- To liaison with related Government departments (Planning & Investment, Company
Insurance, Police, etc.)
- Project manage, coordinate and develop effective working relationships with all
department heads; maintain budgets, schedules, and procedural controls in the facilities
planning and office administration.

• Ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations, labor laws and coordinate with relevant

• Setting up successful BSC, KPI, 6S, 3P, HSE, ISO …
Organization Effectiveness: assess and align team structures and people processes to
Business Goals/Strategy; rationalize headcount requests using external span of control and
other benchmarks
Talent Management: facilitate talent assessment process across the teams and help managers
create specific action plans to develop and grow employees; oversee sensitive employee
relations issues directly with ER and Legal to manage performance issues timely and
thoughtfully.
Performance: lead the PDP review and KPIs setting process and ensure the reviews are
conducted in a professional way. Based on feedback of PDP reviews.
Coaching & Development: work with senior leaders and managers across the teams to
improve/enhance their leadership effectiveness with day to day advice and counsel and
continuous feedback
Culture & Engagement: play a key role in action planning around Employee Voices Survey
results; help drive communications/changes to create a culture of clear roles and
responsibilities and transparency across the teams
