Key Data Extraction and Emotion Analysis of Digital Shopping Based On BERT
Abstract—The current world has turned into completely online mode due to the pandemic situation. Customers has started
purchasing products that they used to purchase on offline and has started to write reviews on the same. Business competitors has
got the challenge to fulfill their customer needs and give them the same experience to that of the offline product purchased by them.
This research focuses on extracting the key words about the product quality and the customer experience with the same in a more
efficient and accurate way by pre-training the Bidirectional Encoders Representations from Transformers (BERT) model with the
quality domain knowledge and classifying the result with deep learning technique.
