Smart-box Tutorial
Introduction: To make the claim process more fasten and user friendly, we have
introduce Help Desk Smart Box which will help all the employees to save time and get the
claim processed within no time. Our technology offers secure, efficient, accountable and
convenient service while giving users 24-hour access to device and the ability to track status
remotely. Smart box helps create the highest possible value for all your employees and to
the company.
Requirements:
Medi buddy App
Online Claim form (which will be auto generated after submitting the claim online)
All the necessary Documents that needs to be submitted.
For any IR’s (Info required) document the employee should attach the mail copy of
the IR raised by Medi Assist to him/her.
Following is the step by step guide on how to submit claim using the smart-box –
1. Go to https://portal.medibuddy.in from your web browser. Sign in with your username and
password.
2. On successful login, you will see the following page from which, you can perform the required
action.
3. Click the Submit hospitalization/domiciliary claims button on ‘Claims’ tile. The following
page appears. Fill in all the details pertaining to the admission/claim and click “Save&Next”.
4. The following page will appear Need to fill all the hospital details and bill details (“add” the
details) click “Save & Next”–
5. The following screen will appear after step 4 , need to declare and upload the claim and
identity proof related documents then click on submit
6. Claim form with barcode will be generated (Print the claim form)-
3. There will be a scan option at the bottom of the page ,click on “icon” ,then app will ask
you to enter/scan the barcode number present in your online claim form and enter/scan
the barcode present at your drop box i.e. the barcode present over the smart-box at your
location and click on “Submit”–
4. Once you click on “Submit” a pop up will come stating that you have successfully
scanned your documents, after that you can drop all the necessary docs inside the
smart-box. After successfully scanning and dropping the docs you can see the status
inside the claim details - message stating “ Claim document dropped in Dropbox”
*Note: - That the smart box can only be used in the IBM locations where our MA smart
box is present.
