1. Awareness

Accidents may happen anytime, anywhere and to
anybody, so it is very important that we are aware of
these possible dangers are.

aggressive behavior within the home,
typically involving the violent abuse of
a spouse or partner.
 Hazing - humiliating and sometimes
dangerous initiation rituals, especially
as imposed on college students seeking
membership to a fraternity or sorority
 Neophyte - a person who is new to a
subject, skill, or belief.
 Slain - to kill violently, wantonly, or in
great numbers

2. Activity “Are you now ready for our activity? So, this
activity is called “4 Pics 1 Word”.”

The class will be divided into eight (8) groups.


Each group will be given four images for them
to analyze. They will be asked to guess a word
that is related to the given pictures they have
and then write one sentence out of it. Lastly,
they will paste in on the board whether it is
under intentional injuries or unintentional
injuries. Each group will choose one
representative to present their output in front.

*For further know about the lesson, students will be


watching a video clips of intentional and
unintentional injuries.

Divide the class into four groups. Each group will


present a role play regarding the:

Group 1 & 2 – Intentional Injury


Group 3 & 4 – Unintentional Injury

*They will be rated according to the following


criteria below:

 Relevance to the topic - 5 points


 Expression and body
Language - 5 points
 Clarity of speech - 5 points
 Knowledge gained - 5 points

TOTAL 20 points

V. Assessment Directions: Determine the news headlines whether it is


intentional or unintentional injuries. Write your answer on a ½
sheet of paper.
