Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills Limited (ASKML) was incorporated on 25.11.1990 under the
Companies Act 1913 (Repealed in 1994). ASKML is a fully vertical setup to manufacture high
quality Knit-garments for Children, Ladies and Men's, using in- house fabrics. ASKML is
equipped to produce a wide range of all-over printed fabrics (reactive, disperse, acid and
pigments) using a variety of designs provided by the buyer and/or from ASKML's design
department. The fabric can be circular knit or warp knit, 100% cotton, polyester, nylon or
various blends, with or without elastane, yarn dyed or solid dyed, all from in-house source. The
52 sewing lines are equipped to produce garments starting from the basic.

Infant's items to ladies / men's hooded sport jackets based on our customer's designs. The total
production capacity of the ASKML is 2500000 pieces per month, as shown below, with
sufficient flexibility to allow 25-40% additional capacity of any one of the items.

fully treats all factory effluent before releasing into the environment with our Biological ETP
with a daily capacity of 8 million liters/day. To ensure the customers of our high standards we
have obtained certification from various international organizations including OEKO-TEX,
SEDEX, OE, BSCI, FWC and WRAP, CTPAT, Fair Trade.

Interpretation: In 2014 EPS was approx 3.35. In 2015 it declined to 2.27.2016 came with EPS
of 3.42 which s quite good. In 2017 there was a slight decline to 2.76. In 2018 it increased to
2.91.

Interpretation: In 2014 it was 11.11 which was the higuest. In 2015 it heavily fall. It was 0. In
2016 it again goes up to 10. In 2017 it was -9.09. In 2018 it was completely 0.

Interpretation: Apex Spinning NAV is completely amazing. In 2015 their NAV was approx
51.67. In 2016 it remained same. It increased to 52.77 in 2017. Finally in 2018 it highly
fluctuated to 54.82 in 2018.
