WHY I STARTED BIGGER PENIS PRO
Maybe you think I started the Bigger Penis Pro program to just take money from
men that were desperate to get a larger penis. Or maybe you think I wanted to
bombard you with ads. Both couldn't be farther from the truth.

I started Bigger Penis Pro because I found a method and a system that actually
works to increase the size of the penis. I discovered this through much trial and
error, and eventually I gained success. But one of the biggest hurdles was
actually figuring out what to do--exactly. I went to several different websites to
find answers, and eventually I either found the answers or had to create a
solution on my own. There wasn't a uniform place where each step was
thoroughly detailed, or exactly what to do and when or how to do it. This led me
to develop the exercises and routines that are the foundation of this program and
this E-Book. And oddly enough, I didn't even know it at the time!
Ultimately, after some market research, I found that there was an audience that
wanted to hear what I had to say. So I developed Bigger Penis Pro as a step-by-
step program to achieve your length, girth, and sexual performance goals.
Since our launch we have been helping men become who they want to become.

Seven Values That Shape What We Do
There may well be more than seven values that shape what we do here at Bigger
Penis Pro, and in our E-Book, but these values are the core and basis of our
program. These values are what will keep us around for the next five to ten
years, and keep us ahead of the other enlargement programs on the internet. We
try to adhere to these values in every decision that we make, and we affirm to
stand by them. If you notice anything on our website or in this E-Book
contradicts these values, we would like the opportunity to correct them so we
may adhere to our own mission statement.
1. Inform
To inform the public that natural penis enlargement and enhancement is
possible.

This is an industry where readers typically are very skeptical because of all the
scams that exist online, and in the back of every pornographic magazine. Men
have been glazing and skipping over ads like ours since they reached puberty.
When we try to inform them they sometimes laugh, which is a natural response
to the product that we sell, all because those that came before us didn't have any
values or even a real solution to their problems.

2. Educate
To be a leader in enlargement and enhancement education.

This one is different than the first because it is in regards to the content that you
will find in the members area of our website, and in this E-Book. It is a
dedication to teaching men what they need to know in order to achieve success
with our program. There is no sugar coating, and we have nothing to hide in our
approach. We want to make the lessons easy for beginners, and easy to
understand--and push our advanced students beyond their goals.

3. Develop
To provide fresh content, and develop new exercises and methods of
enlargement.

There are a few consistent basics to a natural enlargement program, some that
you can find all throughout the internet. Some are free, some are membership
based like ours, and some are flat rates for e-books or complete website access,
or a combination of both, like this E-Book! We are constantly developing new
content for all of our membership levels, and for the general public as well. That
includes fresh, new and original approaches to penis enlargement and
enhancement that can't be found anywhere else on the internet.

We can't tell you what our experience will be like for members a year from now
because the new exercises we release haven't even been developed yet. Rest
assured that we have a few variations of our routines and we are dedicated to the
development of new methods. We can guarantee that there will always be
something new for you to try.

4. Honesty
To be transparent about everything we do.
We don't need to hide behind a brick wall, or use a dishonest approach to get our
message through. If something is a risk, we will inform you. If the truth is that
enlargement takes time, we will tell you exactly how long to expect. We don't
need to use fake images or Photoshopped after pictures or fabricated success
stories, we encourage men that have found success to allow us to share it with
the public. We won't force anyone to share more than they are comfortable with,
and sharing is 100% optional and voluntary as well as anonymous.

We've given you the information, we've educated you and we've provided you
with new lessons, now we must help you remain motivated to do the program.

6. Care
To put our members first, above everything else.

We have to care about each man that joins this program. We may never meet in
person, but the relationship that we form can improve your life dramatically. If
we remember to put our members first, that pretty much sums up and includes
all of our other values. We want to be the enlargement site that we would join
ourselves, and always try to view things the way we would want them as

7. Communicate
To have an open line of communication with all members.

We have different methods to reach us for each different membership level,


however, we will always remain reachable. Whether through the comments
below, or email, or through a webinar, we are not some "throw you to the
wolves" organization. We want to hear the good, the bad and the honest truth. If
a lesson isn't clear enough, we want to fix it! If something caused an injury, we
want to inform other members how to avoid the same injury.

As long as we inform the public and change the perception of our company,
educate our members on how and why enlargement works, develop fresh and
new content and exercises, and ultimately remain transparent we will have a
recipe for success in our industry. If there was a widget company that had the
best widgets in the world, but no other widget produced by other companies
worked, it is justifiable that you would be leery and cautious of all widgets.

Those other widget companies have burned so many customers that they just
ignore widgets now, even though the one widget that is perfect is sitting right in
front of them.
The Single Biggest Reason Our Members Succeed

As I'm sitting here writing this, it is not an easy topic to cover, simply because
there are many solid reasons why our members succeed in their enlargement
goals. The choice was not easy, but I think the biggest reason why our members
find success is because they trust our program. They have to have a certain level
of trust to complete the program on a daily basis, even though the gains may not
be seen for a period of time.

They must have trust in the Bigger Penis Pro program to succeed because gains
don't always come when you want them to or expect them to. You could have
the best enlargement workout week ever, pushing yourself past your typical

regularly develop new exercises, routines and steps, and our routines are original
to Bigger Penis Pro. No other site can offer as wide of a variety of original
exercises from beginner levels to advanced lessons.

Also, we are reachable. Many enlargement sites that we review aren't even
monitored because they are essentially donation boxes into their owners wallets!
We know, because we have personally reached out to a large majority of them,

A Reality Check for Newcomers
Whether you are new to Bigger Penis Pro or you are new to enlargement in
general, hopefully this article will shed some light on this industry. What you
will typically find is that many people and businesses are preying on men's
emotions to have a longer, stronger, thicker penis. They know that most men
would always wish for improvement in the look and performance of their
penises. They know that for every man that follows his better judgement and
avoids their program there is one man gullible enough to actually invest their
hard earned money on the empty promises for success. Unfortunately there are
many men who spend money on anything that looks like it might work, despite
ignoring their better judgement.

It's not right for other bloggers or companies to sell something that is merely
snake oil, but it happens everyday. And that is the world in which we live. We
have become so blinded by all the ads for bigger and better penises that we just
glaze over them and probably don't even see them. When an honest and truthful
business comes to the market, such as Bigger Penis Pro, we are automatically in
a negative spotlight because of all those that came before us. They have given
everyone in our industry a horrible reputation, and we have to work ten times
harder than everyone else to overcome that stigma. Thankfully, we are dedicated
enough to push through the walls that have been built before us and get our
message to anyone and everyone that is willing to listen.

Bigger Penis Pro offers a program that actually works to adding length and girth
to the penis, as well as enhanced performance in the bedroom. Are we the only
program on the market that works? Probably not. We've actually included a

believe that enlargement is possible without surgery. They drank the kool-aid
and they don't want you to risk injury; which should be avoided at all costs. We
tell you up front what injuries to look out for and how to remedy them so you
can continue with your enlargement routines without having to give up.

There are so many physical products on the market, some of which could add
value to the program, and others that are just a waste of money. If it doesn't add
permanent growth, it isn't worth wasting time and money on. We will help you
avoid what doesn't actually work, and we will tell you how to incorporate certain
products into the program.
Five Habits Every Student Should Develop

Having been through the Bigger Penis Pro program and adding inches to my
own penis, I know what it takes to be successful, and what will help get you
towards your goals. It doesn't matter if you want to add one inch, or three inches,
or if you are only looking for help with erectile dysfunction, these habits will
make your life easier, success faster, and self-esteem higher.

1. Don't Over-Measure.
I mean this two different ways, first don't literally over measure your penis.
Always place the ruler against the bone and hold it the same way. I line up the
edge of the ruler with the highest point on the tip of my penis. For girth, always
measure in the same spot (usually just under the glans). For length or girth
measurements it is important to have the same erection level each time, with a
goal of 100% each time.

Secondly, don't measure more than once per month. Size variations do occur
occasionally, so it will further discourage you. Remember George Kastanza in
"Seinfeld" was famous for introducing Elaine to "shrinkage," which does occur
in the cold, and naturally as well.

2. Be Religious.
Now I am not saying to go buy a penis enlargement bible and worship it, don't
get me wrong. Make penis enlargement a priority in your life from day one.
There will be days you are running behind and don't have time to dedicate to
your enlargement, but that is no reason why you can't do anything at all from the
routine. Devote yourself to maintaining a proper enlargement schedule, and stick
to it!

3. Be Persistent.
If you don't see the gains you wished you would immediately, don't give up!!
Enlargement takes time, some men take longer than others to see real results. I
would recommend at least 3 solid months of devotion to the full program before
throwing in the towel or getting frustrated. Just know, Bigger Penis Pro works!

4. Be Advanced!
Never give up an opportunity to implement part of your routine. Whenever you
use the bathroom, public or private, always choose a stall and take a few minutes
to do your bathroom routine. Before you know it, you'll hopefully find yourself
going to the bathroom just to exercise or stretch.

5. Be Smart!
In the beginner lessons I give you the tools to succeed. You should follow my
advice and not proceed to the next steps until you have solidly conquered the
beginners course.

You need the right amount of force, pressure and speed, don't go 100% in full
force on day one. And don't be too gentle either. You are looking for that happy
medium of one that will not leave you sore, bruised or torn (from over
stretching). Over exertions aren't always apparent immediately, often until after
your exercises are complete. At which point you can only recover, and know that
you can't be as forceful next time, and to scale back from your routine.
If you follow these habits you will set yourself up for success!
Seven Enlargement Tips for Beginners
We are always passing out free tips to our members and readers so that they can
get the most out of their enlargement routines. Some of these topics may be
covered in other articles, but this is the primary list of enlargement tips for
beginners and new members. If you follow these tips, you will get much more
from Bigger Penis Pro, and the entire experience will be enhanced.

1 - Start Slow
In each of our exercises and lessons we refer to the goals as two sets of numbers,
for example, do 5-20 reps. The smaller number, in this example the 5, is always
where you should aim to be for any new routine.

Do not progress directly to the larger number, in this case the 20, until you have
successfully done 5 reps, then 10, then 15, a few times each before increasing
your reps. In our example above, week one would be 5 reps. If you don't have
discomfort or injuries, week two you may do 10 reps. And if you continue to feel
well enough, week three you may increase to 15 reps. And finally, if week four
comes along and you haven't sustained an injury or discomfort, you may
increase to the larger numbers, in this example, 20 reps.

What if you do have an injury? After you have healed, resume your routine at
the lower numbers for a bit longer before increasing your reps.

But what if I hit the maximum number and I still feel good? Then continue to
add reps to your routine gradually. There is no law that says you can't go above
and beyond our primary goals!
2 - Don't Measure Too Often
One of the more important factors to getting the most from Bigger Penis Pro is
to not measure too often. We recommend once a month measurements, and no
more than that! A measurement of once a month will give you an accurate
estimate of how well you did the previous month. If you don't see any gains,
examine your routines and increase the intensity, frequency and amount of time
spent on enlargement. Also,
did you sustain an injury? If so, you probably took a few extra days off and
lowered your intensity to allow for proper healing.

Penises are never 100% the same during each erection. There are many factors
that can make a 7" penis only measure up to 6 3/4", so try to replicate each
measurement exactly as the last one.

3 - Measure Accurately
Follow the guide to how to properly measure your penis. The worst thing to do is
get an inaccurate 7" measurement in July and a 6 1/2" measurement in August.
Men would be pissed, thinking they lost 1/2" with our program. Again, as above,
make sure you replicate each measurement to be taken like the last.
If you measure your morning erection, it may be larger than your evening
erection.

The measurement before a workout could be bigger than after the workout, until
you rebuild your penis from the exercises. And for other men, the measurement
after the workout is going to be the larger measurement of the two.
4 - Don't Give Up
On those occasions that you question why you are even doing this program, or if
it is even adding value, stop! Stop discouraging yourself from continuing the
program. Everyone grows at different rates. That is only natural. Ever gone on a
diet with someone else, and one of you loses a great deal of weight while the
other struggles to lose every single pound? Penises are the exact same way.

Two different men can have two different results in the same time span. But one
thing that is certain, the results are permanent once they've been cemented.

5 - Practice Makes Perfect


This is in regards primarily to sexual performance, but it is also true with the rest
of the Bigger Penis Pro program. The more you can place yourself in a position
to practice the enhancement portions of the program, the better your
performance will be.

Enlargement is all related to exercises, but sexual enhancement is equally


exercises and psychological. Ever been so turned off you couldn't get an erection
to save your life? I bet at some point in your life you've been so turned on you
were amazed at how hard your own erection was. You can think yourself limp,
and you can (nearly) think yourself erect.
As you do the program, you'll learn to overcome both the mental and physical
roadblocks. And overcoming premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction is
one of the best things about the program, because it allows you to have some fun
and unwind after your routine.
6 - Push Harder
Never allow yourself to stay at the lower suggested numbers in the routine. As
long as you do not sustain an injury it is best to keep pushing yourself further.
Some men will find that they are completely comfortable at a certain level and
do not wish to push on. It is important to push yourself further, even if it is by a
very small increase, before you know it all those small increases will add up and
you'll be a pro in no time!

And always push yourself further than our maximum goals. The biggest gainers
do 4-5 times the larger goals in a single day. One of our main goals is to show
you how to do enlargement safely. And if we told
members to do 1000-10,000 reps, some guy out there is guaranteed to go for the
10,000 reps goal in his first week. First of all, ouch! Second, our maximum is a
good finishing point before moving on to the next exercise or routine, and you
may still see gains at those numbers. But they'll be bigger and faster if you keep
pushing harder.

7 - Heal
All this talk about injury may have you worried. There is no need to be worried.
All men will sustain an enlargement related injury at some point in their routine,
even myself. Recovering from the injury is the most important part, because you
could cause more damage, discomfort and pain.

We publish a vast array of safety precautions throughout the site and in our E-
Book, and it is best that they are followed. We cannot be held responsible for
injuries that we teach you about, warn you about and show you how to avoid.
Even when I sustain an injury now, I go back to this site and confirm that it was
my own ignorance that caused the injury in the first place. I also allow myself to
sustain injuries, not by choice, but to test the new routines and exercises before
releasing them. That is the primary reason we don't release exercises back-to-
back and why we stagger their release.
Mistakes Most Beginners Make
Most beginners make the same mistakes, so I can be repetitive at times with my
advice to help coach and guide new members and readers to the best methods of
increasing the size of their penises and enhancing their performance. Be sure to
always read over the warnings and safety cautions, as penis enlargement safety
is my number one goal, whether it is on the Bigger Penis Pro program or any
other routine you may attempt.

The first major mistake is thinking that penis enlargement can happen overnight
and immediately. This may be true for some men, and in regards to surgery, but
for the majority of us, it takes dedication and time to see real, permanent and
natural results. And that is true with all enlargement programs.

You would never be expected to run a marathon on day one at the gym. Penis
enlargement is no different. It takes time, dedication, and effort. This leads me to
the second biggest mistake made by beginners.

A lot of beginners begin a program, like the one offered by Bigger Penis Pro,
and they are not completely dedicated. They don't follow the complete steps or
the recommended frequency of completing a routine or session. Then they
wonder why they don't see any gains or improvements in their performance. The
beginners often do the exercises three days in a row, and then take a break and
slowly drift off of the program. Or they never increase the intensity or aim for a
larger number of jelqs or stretches. They don't follow any of the added steps that
I recommend to platinum members (or readers of this E-Book).
The final mistake that I will leave you with is not necessarily a bad one in and of
itself. The newcomers will over exert themselves, sometimes to the point of
injury. Once they see that enlargement is possible they aim to overdo the
programs they are on (which is even more risky with penis pumps), in hopes of
getting a longer, stronger, thicker penis, in less time.

Overall, just be dedicated, don't do too much too fast, and don't do too little
either. If you follow the Bigger Penis Pro program and this E-Book, make sure
you start with the beginner lessons. Do not jump into the advanced lessons or go
to the next steps until you have completely fulfilled the requirements of each
routine.
Five Rules of Enlargement
Below are the top five rules of penis enlargement. This list may not be
conclusive of every rule regarding enlargement and enhancement, but these are
the rules that every member and reader should know and follow. Some of these
rules you will hear us speak about regularly, if you haven't already read about
them, because they are that important to your success.

1. Don't Expect Results Overnight


Many of the programs on the internet will promise or guarantee real or
permanent results in as little as two weeks. While results in as little as two weeks
are possible, Bigger Penis Pro is not going to make that promise because all men
grow at different rates. It is guaranteed that you will see permanent results, but
again, it's not something that can possibly be guaranteed for all men in such a
short period of time. You may not see results for as long as a month, or even
longer, but rest assured, you will see results if you follow the program correctly.

2. Be Diligent
You must be diligent with following the routines and exercises, and by diligent
we mean doing your routine 5 days each week to see the best results. Men that
do our program have the best chances of seeing gains within two weeks when
they are diligent. In essence a 5-7 day per week program can show 1/4"-1/2"
gains in two weeks, dropping that down to 3-4 days each week would show an
average gain of 1/4"-1/2" in 4-6 weeks. So, which would you rather? Like most
men, I'm sure you'll prefer the largest gains possible in the shorter period of
time.
3. Always Measure Properly and Not Too Often
For how to measure your penis correctly, make sure to read the chapter on how
to measure your penis properly. You may measure on a Monday, and feel real
good about your progress by Wednesday, only to measure and be the same or
smaller than before. We encourage only monthly measurements, and at absolute
most once every two weeks. The reason why it is best to wait is mainly
psychological. When you see no gains or even a drop in size it will be a huge
disappointment and discouragement. The physiological reason is because the
real penis size can vary from day-to-day and condition-to-condition. So we
always recommend aiming for the same physical conditions each time, such
as measuring at the end of your routine, before ejaculating.

4. Recover From Injuries


Hopefully you never sustain an injury because we have given you the best
advice on how to avoid them. Nevertheless, injuring yourself can happen, and it
is a rule to abstain from enlargement routines while recovering from them to
allow yourself a full recovery. The last thing you want is anything that may
permanently disfigure your penis. Don't be alarmed, as an injury like that is
usually because someone didn't follow this rule and kept going with their
enlargement routines. And alternatively, when you hear someone talk about
disfiguring themselves permanently it can also be a tactic to stop people from
joining a program that actually works.

5. Don't Overexert Yourself


This one goes hand-in-hand with the last one really. You must start with the
beginners lessons in the Full Exercise v16.1, which are the lower numbers. And
only when you have done the lower numbers successfully and without injury,
should you move on to the larger goals. Never, ever, ever, go full force thinking
you can do much more than other men simply because you're stronger, better,
more dedicated, etc. Even as a professional in the program, I still work my way
up gradually. Not all injuries appear immediately, such as low erection quality.
Proper usage of Bigger Penis Pro should give you better erection quality, not
worse.
Why Enlargement Works
The BiggerPenisPro.com routine encourages tissue cells to divide and multiply,
a process called cytokinesis. Over time, and with some effort this leads to tissue
growth. I always remind my members and readers that if they experience any
pain, they should stop, rest, and scale back their routine. Just like body builders
can't immediately bench press 350 lbs. or some other absurd number, your penis
can't immediately lend it itself to an over-rigorous routine and immediately be 3"
bigger. This is reality, muscles and penises don't grow into what you want them
to be overnight.

The BiggerPenisPro.com routine, as well as the routines outlined in this E-Book,


works in a similar manner to weight lifting. While you do not need weights, it is
a form of exercise for your penis that involves varying degrees of resistance. The
Bigger Penis Pro program works by increasing the amount of blood that flows
into your penis. The flow of blood is responsible for the majority of your size.
Using BiggerPenisPro.com as well as the methods outlined in this E-Book, on a
daily basis can permanently increase blood flow. This gradual increase in blood
flow can result in a permanent increase in penis size.

Unlike many highly advertised and ineffective forms of male enhancement, the

How to Modify the Program when Your Stomach is in

Okay, so this site is finally one that doesn't route you to the "bible" or try to sell
you a million different products. That being said, this one page site claims to

tips on how to enlarge your penis. There are a few exercises, but nothing that

This is a video of a guy whose face we never see. He does a good overview of

How to Properly Measure your Penis
Even when being truthful, many men often mistake how penis size should be
measured and how to measure it correctly. By doing this men distort their own
perception of how large they really are. Just ask one of their partners and they
will be able to tell you almost definitively.

How to measure penis length


In short - measure from the pelvic bone to the tip of the erect penis along the top
(not the side as shown in the picture above).
Prepare a ruler or a tailor measuring tape. If it is one of those sharp metallic
rulers, try not to stab yourself with it and try not to slice half of your penis off
during the process. If you must use a sharp ruler, pad the pelvic bone with a thin
towel or cloth to prevent puncturing the skin. Make sure your penis is 100%
erect before attempting to measure. Always place the ruler in the same place

are currently holding a kegel, relax your muscles, and vice-versa. If you feel

time around, without having fully ejaculated. After enough experience and

Trouble Getting and Keeping an Erection?

hold the kegel for 5-10 seconds straight, no worries, it takes time to build up the
muscles to that point. Just do as much as you can, this is one time when more is
better.

You will know when you can relax because you will be 90-100% hard, and by
then hopefully the sex is enough to carry you through.

Cumming Multiple Times


I have been blessed with the ability to sustain multiple male orgasms, without
stopping and needing to recover. I have been called "superman" in the bedroom
in this regard. But I haven't always been like this. The biggest factor that I
attribute to this gift is practice.

Practice during edging. Allow yourself to ejaculate after you have edged for a
full hour. And continue to masturbate slowly to begin. You may feel so many
sensations, some that make you just want to take a nap, or some that leave your
penis entirely too sensitive. You want to work past the sensitivity until the
feeling returns to normal. The sensitivity will decrease the more you practice
during masturbation.
If the sensitivity is too great, rest for one minute, then attempt to go again. If one
minute was not enough, add another and another. Slowly this will decrease until
you will be able to cum when you want and as often as you want before allowing
yourself to go soft.

Quick Pro Tip: If you find that you are having trouble getting hard, DO NOT get
discouraged. Sometimes the penis is overworked from all the stretching and
jelqing and edging, add that to the time between your workout session and
sexual intercourse, and sometimes you may have trouble maintaining a high
erection level or erection quality. Until you know how well your penis responds
to enlargement exercises, I recommend a 24 hour gap between any enlargement
routines and sexual intercourse. Otherwise the penis may be fatigued or
overly/under sensitive from your previous sessions. That will further discourage
you and lead to more issues in the bedroom than you began with.
Advanced Edging
We highly recommend advanced edging for the ability to promote positive girth
gains, as well as helping you learn to avoid an orgasm until you're ready, and
maintaining an erection for an extended period of time.

Advanced edging is my preferred method of edging, and one that I try to do


following each and every session. This method does require the purchase of an
adjustable cock ring which can be found here on Amazon, however, the same
effect can be had using one hand tightly at the base of your penis, or utilizing a
hair tie, which I have done, but do not necessarily condone.

Once you have the cock ring it is important to take certain safety precautions
when using one. Primarily never wear a cock ring for more than 30 minutes at
one given period of time without allowing blood to circulate through the penis
naturally. Secondly, never wear the cock ring tighter than is required to achieve
a 100% erection level.

When you first place the adjustable cock ring at the base of your penis, your
erection level will probably be 20-50%. Once the blood flows into the penis, and
you begin edging your penis will be thicker, which means the cock ring can be
adjusted so it is not as tight. You may feel that you do not need to loosen it once
you are at a 100% erection level. Don't be fooled, even if it still feels good,
loosen it to the point where the effect is still present. If you do not loosen it, at
the end of your session you will be extremely sore or bruised at the base of your
penis, and could possibly develop sores or cysts where the ring was worn. When
worn properly, the cock ring will help you last longer during edging as well as
aid in the prevention of ejaculation, thereby training you to last longer and
remain harder when you aren't wearing it.
As always, start with the beginner lesson and then move on only once you have
conquered and mastered the beginner steps.

The Advanced Edging Routine


Step one: With a 25-100% erection level, place the adjustable cock ring at the
base of the penis. Tighten the cock ring just enough to hold the blood in and help
maintain a 100% erection level.
Step two: Using masturbation, achieve a 100% erection level.
Step three: Adjust the tightness of your cock ring so that it is tight enough to
remain comfortable.

For Beginners:
Step four: Set a timer for 5 minutes, from the time you placed the cock ring on.
Step five: Masturbate to the point-of-no-return, and no further, without
ejaculating.
Step six: After the feeling of ejaculation subsides, resume masturbation.
Step seven: Repeat steps five and six until your 5 minute timer goes off.
Step eight: Loosen completely or remove the cock ring for 5 minutes, while you
continue to edge at a 90-100% erection level. Step nine: 1 rep is equal to X-
amount of time with the cock ring on (5 minutes for beginners) AND X amount
of time with the cock ring off (also 5 minutes). Do a total of 3 full reps and then
allow yourself to ejaculate without the cock ring on.

For advanced users:


Once you can successfully do 3 full reps at the beginners level, and you do not
feel any pain or discomfort after several sessions, you may begin the advanced
levels.
Level one: the beginner steps
Level two: Increase the number of reps to a total of 6, which is roughly one hour.
DO NOT wear the cock ring for a solid hour, make sure to do the 5 minutes
with/5 minutes without reps.
Level three: Change your reps to 10 minutes with the cock ring on, and 5
minutes with the cock ring off. Do 4 reps, also equal to one hour of edging. Do
not proceed until you feel confident and comfortable in your routine. If you
begin to feel pain, discomfort or you experience low erection quality, scale back
on your reps.
Level four: Change your reps to 15 minutes with the cock ring on, and 5 minutes
with the cock ring off. Do 3 reps, also equal to one hour of edging. Do not
proceed until you feel confident and comfortable in your routine. If you begin to
feel pain, discomfort or you experience low erection quality, scale back on your
reps.
Level five: Change your reps to 20 minutes with the cock ring on, and 5 minutes
with the cock ring off. Do 2-3 reps, also equal to about one hour of edging. Do
not proceed until you feel confident and comfortable in your routine. If you
begin to feel pain, discomfort or you experience low erection quality, scale back
on your reps. Level six: Work your way up to 30 minutes with the cock ring on,
and 5 minutes with the cock ring off. Do 2 reps, equal to about one hour of
edging. If you begin to feel pain, discomfort or you experience low erection
quality, scale back on your reps.

Eventually you should be edging for one hour with the cock ring on, taking one
5 minute break to allow blood to circulate properly. Can this be increased to a
two hour or three hour session? Possibly. I have not found the need to go past
one hour during edging.

Quick Pro Tip: Super users will not ejaculate after edging. "Hmmm?" You may
ask how this is possible. And I do it occasionally, the bonus is that if you wait
until you are with your partner to ejaculate, your penis will be much harder and
you will more than likely ejaculate an amount of cum that is quite voluminous.
The downfall is being so much harder and turned on than you are used to, you
may experience premature ejaculation, possibly for the first time ever. If you
continue the advanced edging, you will overcome ejaculating too soon and learn
how to sustain multiple male orgasms, without stopping.

Another Quick Pro Tip: If you find that you are having trouble getting hard, DO
NOT get discouraged. Sometimes the penis is overworked from all the stretching
and jelqing and edging, add that to the time between your workout session and
sexual intercourse, and sometimes you may have trouble maintaining a high
erection level or erection quality.

Until you know how well your penis responds to enlargement exercises, I
recommend a 24 hour gap between any enlargement routines and sexual
intercourse. Otherwise the penis may be fatigued from your previous sessions.
That will further discourage you and lead to more issues in the bedroom than
you began with.
A Skill Every Member (Reader) Needs to Have
One of the number one skills that members need to have is the ability to master
the edging routine. Whether you do the regular edging routine or the advanced
edging routine, it is a very important and valuable step towards achieving your
enlargement success.

The first problem that is solved by edging is that rush of blood out of the penis
after your workout is complete. It's not that the blood leaving the penis is bad,
but
the longer you stay harder the better it is for overall growth. Members and
readers who edge tend to see longer lasting gains immediately following their
routines as opposed to those that don't. The longer the blood stays in your penis,
and the longer you can remain hard, the faster you will see permanent gains.
That's not to say that gains are not possible at all unless you edge, but they will
be easier and faster to achieve.

The second thing that edging does for the penis is that it helps to make you last
longer in bed. By constantly masturbating, while prolonging ejaculation, your
penis will start to get used to the feeling of nearly reaching an orgasm. This will
teach you how to use kegels to hold in your ejaculation, and how to vary your
technique so that you ejaculate when you want, as opposed to immediately after
penetration.

The third thing you will gain from edging is the ability to learn how to keep an
erection for a long period of time, and to produce one on demand. So an on
demand erection may still take a few minutes to achieve, but you will have the
basis and foundation of how to get hard when it seems nearly impossible. By
edging, you are forcing yourself to stay hard, and once you get enough blood on
the penis you can maintain that erection. Whether it's your first orgasm of the
session or your fourth, the techniques you learn while edging are going to help
you in numerous ways in the bedroom.

In reality, I would never want to do the exercises without edging. I know


sometimes time is of the essence and some steps have to be skipped, try to keep
edging as part of your daily routine, even if it's for a shorter period of time than
you'd like.

And who could forget, the amount of cum that you will build up while edging! If
you don't allow yourself to ejaculate at all after you edge you will have built up a
large amount of sexual tension. Making sex with your partner so much more
enjoyable, your loads so much larger, and your penis so much harder. All the
while
enjoying your newfound way of pleasuring yourself, without ejaculating, and
saving yourself for your partner. Try it. And don't knock it until you do.

Advanced edging, edging while wearing a cock ring, traps even more blood in
the penis for a longer period of time. This helps cement and solidify your gains
more than regular edging. I highly recommend it!
Enlargement Safety
The most important thing you can do is work your way up to advanced levels. I
know the allure of a larger penis overnight is tempting, and you, much like
myself and many other men, would do anything you can to grow larger, quicker.
That's not the case, routine that is slower to start will provide you with zero to
less risk of injury.

The most common side effects are low EQ (erection quality), numbing, bruising,
overly sensitive areas, ballooning.

LOW ERECTION QUALITY


Low erection quality is due to over exercising in most cases.
Solution: scale back your routine or intensity. Also, I recommend edging at 90-
100% erection levels without cumming for an equal amount of time as compared
to your total daily workout. This will assist in helping maintain better erection
levels long after your workout is complete.

NUMBNESS
Numbing occurs primarily when blood flow has been cut off to the penis for too
long.
Solution: Work blood flow into the penis and massage with lotion, scale back
your routine and goals. Take 3-5 days off or until feeling is restored. A regular
routine, whether from Bigger Penis Pro or any other program, should NEVER
cause your penis to go numb during or after the routine.

BRUISING
Bruising occurs primarily from an over-intense workout.
Solution: lower the intensity of your workouts. I recommend taking a few days
to let the bruising subside, but as long as there isn't pain associated with the
bruising you could continue working out. If there is pain associated with the
bruised spots, wait until the pain subsides to continue with the program.

OVER SENSITIVITY
Over-Sensitivity is usually due to over working certain areas of the penis,
typically the head or glans area. Over-sensitivity typically lasts between 1-3 days
and gradually subsides. Over-sensitivity is not necessarily a good or bad thing if
you can control your arousal, erection quality and hold back on the urges to cum.
Solution: scale back your routine or lower the intensity and goals. Edging at
100% erection levels without cumming for an equal amount of time compared to
your workout may help and is highly recommended and effective.

BALLOONING
Ballooning is when the glans swell and trap fluid.
Solution: although unsightly, it should go away within a few hours. I recommend
massaging the area and applying lotion.

SORENESS (SMALL TEARS IN THE SKIN OF THE PENIS)


Soreness from small tears in the skin of the penis, that feel like sharp needles is
caused by improperly wet-jelqing in 99% of the cases.
Solution: take a break from jelqing for a period of time long enough to allow the
skin to heal. Apply lotion to the affected area. To prevent this from occurring
again, lower your intensity and the strength of your jelqs.
SORENESS AT BASE (COCK RING RELATED)
Soreness at the base of your penis, when using a cock ring to aid in edging and
erection strength is common.
Solution: purchase an adjustable cock ring, and ONLY tighten it enough to
obtain and sustain a 100% erection quality and level. Also, prolonged periods of
time are NOT recommended. Cock rings should be warn for NO MORE than 30
minutes without allowing time for blood to circulate.

Warming Up/Warming Down
Erection Level: 0-25%
Warming Up and Warming Down are important to all penis exercises. They help
prevent injury, bruising and soreness as well as aid in making the ligaments and
chambers of the penis more flexible.

Think of the penis as a rubberband, if you stretch a cold rubber band, it could
easily snap. While your penis will not "snap" it is logical to assume that damage
is more likely to occur, although not guaranteed. It is always better to err on the
side of caution and proceed with a warming routine.
Method 1: Warm/Hot Washcloth (as shown above)
This is a favorite for men that are trying to do these exercises discreetly. Take a
clean washcloth and soak in hot/warm water until thoroughly soaked, it should
be just hot enough so that it does not burn your penis. Wrap around the base of
the penis. Repeat when the washcloth gets cold for a total warmup of 5-10
minutes. The draw backs of this method are that the washcloth may tend to cool
quicker than desired, making it so that you have to keep re-warming it up.
Method 2: Rice Sock
This is my favorite method. Fill a sock, or make a fabric container to hold about
1-2 cups of rice. Seal the sock by tying it off or sewing it shut. Microwave for 1-
2 minutes until the rice is just hot enough to not burn your penis. You may have
to play around with your microwave times, and wait for the sock to cool. Once it
is cool enough to not burn your penis, wrap the sock/rice around your penis and
rest for 5-10 minutes. If the sock becomes too cool, which is usually
unnecessary, repeat the microwave process. The rice sock usually maintains its
warmth for the full warm up.

Method 3: Heating Pad


Although I do not have experience with an electronic heating pad, this may work
as a good alternative. Just use caution as to not burn your penis.

Method 4: Shower Warm Up


Warm up in the shower prior to your routine, using water that is just hot enough
to not burn your penis. The plus to this method is that you can bathe while doing
it.

Method 5: Knowing When To


The final method of warming up is to know when you can skip it. It is
recommended to help prevent injury, bruising and soreness as well as aid in
making the ligaments and chambers of the penis more flexible. I would
recommend warming up and warming down WHENEVER possible. But once
you have a feeling for how your penis responds, it is permissible to skip the
warm up and warm down when time is working against you.
If you are doing stretches and Jelqs in a public restroom, or you do not have
access to warming up tools, it is likely that the intensity of your workout will be
lower than if you were in the comfort of your own home, and risks to injury are
therefore lower.

As always, read the safety warnings and always listen to your penis, at least
during the exercises!
Jelqing Explained
What is Jelqing?
One of the biggest factors in adding length and girth to the penis is the jelq. Jelqs
are a tool, that when combined with other aspects of the program, can be one of
the most effective parts of the program. Although not the sole reason for
enlargement success, they play a large role in the success members have found.

Jelqing (pronounced jel-king) is a natural penis enlargement technique in which


you must squeeze from the base of the penis and stroke the penis towards the
glans/head in an effort to force blood flow to the tip, thereby stretching both
length and girth. It is believed to have originated in the ancient Middle East,
jelqing
is sometimes called "milking."

How do I Jelq?
Although jelqing looks a lot like masturbation, it is very much not like
masturbation at all. The goal is to not ejaculate while jelqing. Jelqing with a low
erection level (0-25%) is ideal for more prominent length gains. Jelqing with a
medium erection level (25-50%) is ideal for both length and girth gains. And
lastly, jelqing with a high erection level (50-75%) is ideal primarily for girth
gains.

Erection Level: 0-75% to Begin


Step One: Warm up prior to doing this workout.
Step Two: Apply lubricant or lotion. I recommend using lotion, cocoa butter or
Dove moisturizing soap (especially if performed in the shower). Step Three:
Form an "okay" sign with your thumb and forefinger around the base of the
penis.
Step Four: Apply pressure to the penis. The amount of pressure that you apply
should be a happy medium between not being too weak and not being too strong
to where you may cause injury. It may take a few trials and errors before you
find what amount of pressure your penis can sustain. Always start with a lower
amount of pressure and build up to a level that is comfortable, yet effective.
Step Five: Stroke upward towards the glans/head of the penis, place your other
hand at the base of the penis in the same "okay" shape as the first. For a wet jelq
you should not be moving the skin from the base of the penis to the glans, your
hand should slide to the tip, forcing blood to the head of the penis.
Step Six: Once you reach the glans, do a kegel and hold it until your opposite
hand begins it's stroke, repeat. It is advisable to reapply lotion when you begin to
feel dry.

1 Rep is equal to one hand going from the base of the penis to the glans.

Some members may experience a sharp soreness after doing these jelqs. Make
sure to learn the advanced jelqs for Platinum Members to learn how to minimize
or avoid the sharp soreness/abrasions on the skin of the penis.

How to DRY Jelq


Even if I am jelqing in the shower, dry jelqing is my preferred method of jelqing.
It can be done nearly anywhere! It is part of the bathroom routine and can be
done discreetly without much warm up. As I stated before, the dry jelq can be
performed in the shower or with lube! It is the concept of how the jelq is
performed, and the grip that changes.
Erection Level: 0-75% to Begin
Step One: Warm up prior to doing this workout, you may use the alternative
warm up routine by stretching the penis, doing tugs and beginning slow until the
penis is sufficiently warmed up.
Step Two: Form an "okay" sign with your thumb and forefinger around the base
of the penis.
Step Three: Apply pressure to the penis. The amount of pressure that you apply
should be a happy medium between not being too weak and not being too strong
to where you may cause injury. It may take a few trials and errors before you
find what amount of pressure your penis can sustain. Always start with a lower
amount of pressure and build up to a level that is comfortable, yet effective.
Step Four: Stroke upward towards the glans/head of the penis. For a dry jelq you
should be moving the skin from the base of the penis to the glans, your hand
should force the skin from the base to the tip, forcing blood to the head of the
penis.
Step Six: Once you reach the glans, do a kegel and hold it until your opposite
hand is in the same position as in Step One and your first hand can let go and
prepare for the next rep, repeat.

Jelqing with a Cock-Ring, a Platinum Favorite!
Whether you are doing a standard or wet jelq or a dry jelq (the preferred
method), for girth, place on your adjustable cock-ring and proceed with the
jelqing steps as outlined above.

The cock-ring should be just tight enough to make your penis larger than normal,
but not too tight to where it is uncomfortable and makes your penis or the base
of your penis sore.
Is it safe to Jelq?
If done improperly jelqing can desensitize the penis, often times only
temporarily, and oddly enough it can enhance the sensitivity of the penis.

Jelqing above a 75% erection level can lead to pain, irritation, scar formation,
and blood vessel tears. If you experience any pain, irritation or blood vessel tears
it is important to take a short break from penis enlargement while you heal.
When you resume, reduce the pressure or number of reps.

Risk of injury is higher both when you are above a 75% erection level and when
you do not warm up prior to beginning the workout.

I would like to add that although jelqing has it's risks, men have been doing these
stretches for centuries. I have experienced some of the side effects listed here,
and as long as you listen to your penis and allow it to heal when overworked,
you will find success with the Bigger Penis Pro program.
Kegels Explained
Kegel exercises (or pelvic floor exercises) can help you control a leaky bladder
as well as provide more intense orgasms and improved erections. Kegels are
exercises that help you zero in on and strengthen muscles below the bladder that
help control urination and enhance erection quality.

Kegels are easy to do, once you know which muscles to target. The easiest way
to locate your muscles is during urination. Halfway through urination, try to stop
or slow down the flow of urine. Don't tense the muscles in your buttocks, legs or
abdomen, and don't hold your breath. When you can stop or slow the flow of
urine, you've successfully located these muscles.

Kegels can be performed anytime and any place, and are used regularly during
penis enlargement. They can also help you prevent orgasm by tightening the
kegel muscles, as well as achieve erections by the same method.
Tugs Explained
Tugs are a mildly crucial step in a penis enlargement routine, they can almost be
performed at any place and time, and although they are not the biggest factor in
enlargement, when combined with other lessons they promote new growth.

Tugs are mild/comfortable "tugs" on the penis and ligaments. Grip the head or
glans of the penis and gently tug straight out from the body. A typical set of tugs
would be 10-20, and they are used primarily to aid in blood flow and fight
fatigue.
Helicopter Shakes Explained
Although sometimes skipped as part of a regular routine, helicopter shakes add a
certain value to the routines. They are simple and easy to do, and although they
do not add length or girth, they can be performed anytime during the exercises.

Helicopter Shakes are a pre-workout/mid-workout warming up/warming down


exercise that allows blood to flow easier and naturally throughout the penis. It is
a great mid-workout tool to get blood flowing back through the penis naturally.

Hold the base of the penis, as close to the pubic bone as possible and shake in a
circular motion.
Stretches Explained
One of the primary bases for penis enlargement is the stretches, which are
typically used to promote positive length gains.

Erection Level: 0-25% for Length


All stretches should be done with a low erection level, and with enough force to
pull on the ligaments, but not excessive force to cause injury. For these stretches,
pull the penis away from the body, by grasping the head/glans of the penis in the
direction/method as described.
If you have difficulty getting a good "grip" on your penis, I recommend
wrapping the head of your penis in a comfortable washcloth or towel (dry) and
proceeding to follow the stretches as outlined.

Straight Out (shown above)


Whether standing, laying or sitting, straight out will always be considered
straight away from the body.
Straight Up
Always in the direction of your belly button.
Straight Down
Always in the direction of your feet.
Straight Left/Right
Stretching over the left leg or the right leg respectively.
A Hold Stretches
Place your thumb at the base of the penis, and stretch the penis down over your
thumb or finger.
(When I first began Penis Enlargement, my penis was not long enough to do this
basic stretch, so alternatively I would hold a pen on the underside of my penis
instead of my thumb or a finger.)
Behind the Leg Pull the penis down behind the left or right legs, grasping from
behind in the direction of your left butt-cheek, right butt-cheek, or down the
center. Images do not do this stretch justice.

Bundled Stretches Bundling is when you rotate the head of the penis around one
full turn. A half bundle is when you rotate the head of the penis around, so that
you are looking at the underside of the penis from above. Bundling is not a
stretch in and of itself, but can be combined with the regular stretches for
additional advanced length workouts.
Full Exercise v16.1
WARNING: Please use caution while performing these exercises and
assignments. If at any time you feel discomfort, pain, or low erection quality,
please end your routine for the day and take a few days to recover before
resuming, or follow the advice in the enlargement safety section of the website
or E-Book.

For new or beginning members it is extremely important to start with the Full
Exercise v16.1, and complete it in it's entirety. All of the exercises that follow
the Full Exercise v16.1, including this one are designed so that new students as
well as advanced students will be able to complete them successfully, without
sustaining any injuries. As always, if this is your first time doing this lesson,
begin with the lower numbers in the goals, and slowly work your way up to the
larger numbers by adding more reps each week. By jumping right into the larger
numbers, or the advanced levels, you risk injury and fatigue.

Step One: The Warm Up


Warm up for 8-10 minutes with a warm/hot washcloth or your preferred method
of warming up.

Step Two: Kegels and Stretches (For Length)


Erection Level: 0-25% to Increase Length, these stretches do not add to girth.
1 Set of 20 Helicopter Shakes and 10-20 Tugs.
For each stretch, hold the stretch while doing Kegels for a count of 50-250
Kegels. Then follow with 10-20 tugs and 20 helicopter shakes, then move on to
the next stretch. It is important that you begin with the lower numbers and work
you way up to the recommended goals. If at any time you do not feel
comfortable, or you are sore and beginning to bruise, lower your intensity or
take a break from penis enlargement until you feel comfortable again, always
follow proper enlargement safety advice.

Edging allows you to train yourself to last longer in bed. The primary method of
edging is to masturbate to the point where you feel yourself about to orgasm, and
then STOP. Don't touch! Tighten your Kegel muscles to keep yourself from

masturbation session. Repeat until your edging session lasts as long as your Jelq

Once you have completed the five minutes of edging and you remove the cock
ring, your erection level should be 50-100%, at which point you will begin
jelqing again. As you jelq your erection level should subside to 25-70%, at

continue until you've reached your goal, or 2000 jelqs. If you've been following
each of the previous
exercises you may be able to reach 2000 jelqs on your first try, otherwise, work

about to ejaculate. This is the time that you need to push through and hold back

Step Three: The Extender Session (Primarily for Length)
We will begin with a basic instruction on how to use the extender and properly
set it up for the first time. These instructions are related to the 12" 8 Rod
Premium Extender Kit {Includes Manual & 30 Day Money Back} , which can
be found using this link on Amazon, and may not be applicable to all other
extender kits. Please follow the instructions in your specific kit.

Prepare the extender to fit your penis. To do this, you must accurately measure
your penis in it's erect state. Once you have an erect size (7" for example), you
will subtract 1.6" from the length of your penis, and this will give you the size
you must build your extender to. In our example, 7" - 1.6" = an extender size of
5.4". Build your extender to the correct starting length, if you do not you may

hours daily (with breaks every 1.5-2 hours to massage the penis, do 10-20 Tugs,
and 10-20 Helicopter Shakes and readjust the device)
Then for the next 30 days: Every 15 Days add another 0.5cm extension for 4-8
hours daily (with breaks every 1.5-2 hours to massage the penis, do 10-20 Tugs,
and 10-20 Helicopter Shakes and readjust the device)
We recommend following a lower intensity version of the other exercises
immediately following the completion of the daily extensions. We also
understand that you may NOT be able to wear this device daily, and to continue
your enlargement routine with the other exercises to their full capacity on the
days that you cannot wear the device completely as outlined above.

Step Four: Advanced Edging (optional)


If you wish to, begin with 5-10 minutes of edging without the cock ring,
followed by 15-30 minutes of edging with the cockring. (Repeat once)
We made this step optional because of all the edging with the cock ring during
the exercise portion.
Step Five: The Warm Down
Warming down will be completed in a warm shower and consist of a warm
water soak followed by A Hold and Straight Down stretches , alternatively you
may still warm down for 8-10 minutes with a warm/hot washcloth or your
preferred method of warming up , the same as you did warming up.
The Bathroom Workout - v16.1
WARNING: Please use caution while performing these exercises and
assignments. If at any time you feel discomfort, pain, or low erection quality,
please end your routine for the day and take a few days to recover before
resuming, or follow the
advice in the enlargement safety section of the website or E-Book.

For new or beginning members it is extremely important to start with the Full
Exercise v16.1, and complete it in it's entirety. All of the exercises that follow
the Full Exercise v16.1, including this one are designed so that new students as
well as
advanced students will be able to complete them successfully, without sustaining
any injuries. As always, if this is your first time doing this lesson, begin with the
lower numbers in the goals, and slowly work your way up to the larger numbers
by
adding more reps each week. By jumping right into the larger numbers, or the
advanced levels, you risk injury and fatigue.
The bathroom routine is one that I highly recommend using, each and every time
you use the bathroom.

The first tip is to always select a stall, and perform these sitting on the toilet or if
privacy is not a concern, standing away from the door. I do not advocate doing
this workout in a community bathroom or one that his overly crowded. As much
as you may try to keep the sound down, there is always a change you may get
caught, so have a cover story ready!

Personally, I perform this workout every time I use a public/private bathroom,


and I find myself going to the restroom when I am bored during the day, just to
further enhance my routine.

Step One: The Warm Up


Okay, so we're in a public bathroom and we don't have access to our warming
up/down tools, so we had to change it up a little bit. Warm up for 10-20 Tugs
and 10-20 Helicopter Shakes.

Step Two: Kegels and Stretches (For Length)


Erection Level: 0-25% to Increase Length, these stretches do not add to girth.
I will assume you are familiar with the full exercise, so I will just get to the
basics. For each stretch, hold the stretch while doing Kegels for a count of 50
Kegels. Then follow with 10-20 tugs and 20 helicopter shakes, then move on to
the next
stretch. It is important that you begin slow, and with a light amount of force until
you feel sufficiently warmed up enough to accelerate your stretches. If at any
time you do not feel comfortable, or you are sore and beginning to bruise, lower
your
intensity or take a break from penis enlargement until you feel comfortable
again, always follow proper enlargement safety advice.

We don't want them to think you died in there, so keep it short.


Straight Out for 50 Kegels
10-20 Tugs and 20 Helicopter Shakes
Straight Up for 50 Kegels

I would recommend no more than 200 stretches, depending on how long they
take you, I would begin with 100 and evaluate your timing at that point.

Step Three: Jelqs (For Girth and Length)


Erection Level: 0-25% to Increase Length, 50-80% to Increase Girth.
It is important that you begin with the lower numbers and work you way up to
the recommended goals. If at any time you do not feel comfortable, or you are
sore and beginning to bruise, lower your intensity or take a break from penis
enlargement until you feel comfortable again.

Dry Jelq for 50 Jelqs Straight Down


20 Helicopter Shakes
Dry Jelq for 50 Jelqs Straight Up
20 Helicopter Shakes
Repeat for a total of 100-250 Jelqs.

Do 1-2 Kegels per Jelq, when your hand reaches the glans or the head of the
penis (example), each Jelq should last for approximately 2 seconds from the base
of your penis to the head/glans. Remain 50-80% erect for girth, if you get 100%
erect, pause and/or do slow Jelqs until your erection level subsides.

Step Four: The Warm Down


Again, we're in a public bathroom and we don't have access to our warming
up/down tools, so we had to change it up a little bit. Warm up for 10-20 Tugs
and 10-20 Helicopter Shakes.
Step Five: Edging (For Stamina, Performance and to increase Erection
Quality)
Erection Level: 100% For Girth, Stamina & Performance
Again, assuming you have the basics from the full exercise down, edge for the
remainder of the time that you have allotted in the bathroom. If you must
ejaculate you may do so now.

Cementing Your Gains - The Final Steps


WARNING: Please use caution while performing these exercises and
assignments. If at any time you feel discomfort, pain, or low erection quality,
please end your routine for the day and take a few days to recover before
resuming, or follow the advice in the enlargement safety section of the website
or E-Book.

You should have completed the Full Exercise v16.1 , and any other relevant
exercises to reach your goal! If you've reached your goal,
CONGRATULATIONS! It is an unfortunate reality that the gains you will
receive during enlargement routines of all kinds aren't exactly yours to keep,
right away anyhow. Because of the flexibility of the penis, once you reach your
goal, you can expect to lose some of
the gains you've made, unless you cement them.

Think of the penis like a big rubber band. When you do enlargement routines,
such as the ones offered by Bigger Penis Pro, the rubber band stretches. When
you stop stretching it abruptly, it will snap back to it's original size, or at least
somewhat smaller than when it was fully stretched. When you cement your
gains, you are keeping the rubber band stretched out, it loses some of the ability
to snap back and
maintains more of the larger size. The penis works exactly the same way.

In order to get a 3" gain, you would have to gain 4" and count on up to a 1" loss
when you finally stop your enlargement efforts. That's an okay method. The
better, and recommended method of cementing your gains is slightly different.
Once you reach your goal, slowly reduce the routine back to the beginners
levels.

Once you reach your final goal, if you are doing 2000 jelqs/stretches per day,
reduce that by 200 reps every seven days. A sample would be:
Week 12, Final Goal Reached: 2000 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 13: 1800 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 14: 1600 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 15: 1400 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 16: 1200 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 17: 1000 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 18: 1000 jelqs/stretches every other day
...
The total number of weeks above is an example of you happened to hit your goal
after 12 weeks in the program. For some men, this may be a reality, for others it
may be 24 weeks, 36 weeks or even longer. When you will reach your individual
goal all depends on several factors. Some of which include: intensity, dedication,
and the individual way your body and penis responds to enlargement.

If you've began to cement your gains, and you notice that you are still losing
some of what you've achieved, work your way back up until you can maintain
your goals.
For an example:
Week 12, Final Goal Reached of 7": 2000 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 13, still 7": 1800 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 14, still 7": 1600 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 15, down to 6 3/4": 1800 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 16, still down to 6 3/4": 2000 jelqs/stretches per day
Week 17, back to 7": 2000 jelqs/stretches per day

The above example is a solution if you notice some loss to the positive gains that
you already made. The enlargement program must be maintained until you do
not lose the gains that you've made.

Will you have to do the enlargement program forever? Absolutely not. There
will be a day that you work your way down to the beginning levels and when
you regularly check your measurements, you will be able to ween yourself off
the program completely.

If you have an eagle eye, you should have noticed that during the cementing
phase, you are permitted to measure your penis weekly! That wasn't a typo. We
do not advise weekly measurements unless you are cementing gains. To us, that
is the only permissible time to closely monitor your progress.

If you're like me, it may be hard to resist the urges to measure more frequently,
but I assure you, your confidence and dedication will only improve by having
patience.
Top Five Exercises, Steps and Stretches
Below are my top five favorite exercises, steps and stretches of the Bigger Penis
Pro program. This list may not conclusive of all of our favorites, and by no
means should that imply that the other steps are our least favorites.

5. Full Exercise v16.1


This has to be included as one of our favorites because it is the basis of the entire
routine. Once you learn the Full Exercise v16.1 , you will have the foundations
for success and for continuing on with the remaining full exercises and
modifications
of the full exercise. Not to mention, by the time you complete the Full Exercise
v16.1, you will be able to sustain the larger and higher effort and reps that are
required for the future exercises.
4. Stretching Straight Down
This one made the cut as one of our favorites because it is responsible for a large
percentage of length gains due to the way and direction that it pulls on the
muscles and ligaments found in the penis. You are more likely to hear and feel
"clicks or pops" coming from the ligament that is limiting your growth, which is
a good thing as long as it is not associated with pain or a low erection quality.
3. A Hold Stretches
We like to think that A Hold stretches are also largely responsible for the length
gains also because of the way that it pulls on the ligaments found on the penis.
This stretch also causes you to hear and feel "clicks or pops" coming from the
ligament that is limiting your growth, which again, is a good thing as long as it is
not associated with pain or a low erection quality.
2. Dry Jelqing
So now that you are a Platinum Member, the dry jelq is our favorite jelq because
of the way that it can be done nearly anywhere and with minimal set-up and
preparation. The risk of injury with a dry jelq is much lower than with the wet
jelq
and the soreness is minimized, making this our favorite enlargement step and
exercise.
1. Advanced Edging
Although not an exercise exactly, this is our number one favorite step because of
the pleasure that you receive from it as well as how it helps solidify the gains
that you made during the workout. It is pleasurable to do and helps enhance your
performance in the bedroom. Without this step your length and girth gains you
made during your workout are more prone to going away shortly after the
workout is complete. Advanced edging, which is edging with a cock-ring, helps
to trap blood
in the chambers of the penis and forcing it to stay in it's enlarged state for much
longer, thereby making your gains more permanent.

A Cheat Sheet to Bigger Penis Pro


The men who receive the biggest gains from Bigger Penis Pro are consistent and
dedicated to the program. They are devoted to doing the exercises daily, and
they will not let anyone or anything stand in their way.

To truly get the fastest, and longest gains, users need to do the exercises that
push them to their limits without going overboard. Each week you should be
adding another 250-500 jelqs and/or stretches to your daily routines. We have set
a goal for advanced users in the full exercise, we challenge you to go above and
beyond those numbers, provided you can safely do so.

Always do your warm up routine, even if you can't do it with 100% effort, the
better your warm up is the better gains you will see. Men who follow a warm up
routine diligently regularly see gains faster than those that do not.
If you are unable to do the exercises all in one sitting, it is permissible to take a
break. Whether your break is half an hour or half a day, as long as you pause and
resume, you will be making more progress than if you only did half of your
routine.

The beauty of the program is that the stretches can be done nearly anywhere and
anytime. Alright, you got us on that one, but anytime you have enough privacy,
the stretches can and should be performed.

You will find that you can make the stretches and exercises look natural. To
those that have overbearing spouses, it is possible to do the exercises right in
front of them and they may think you are just masturbating in a new and odd
fashion. Which is a great cover if you are trying to remain discreet.

Be proud of the gains that you are seeing! Considering most men never grow
their penises, be proud of every 1/16" and even more proud of the coveted 1/4"
and 1/2" milestones. Sure your partners jaw won't drop to the floor, but given
enough time and dedication to the program, and I guarantee eventually they will
notice.

Much like weight loss, when you live with someone that is growing a bigger
penis, the difference isn't immediately noticeable. But when they do notice, it's
like a fuel that pushes you harder towards your goals.
The Steps I Took to Grow MyPenis
I began my penis enlargement efforts a few years ago, probably sometime in
2013. I do not know exactly when I started, and if I knew the impact it would
have on me and on Bigger Penis Pro, I would have been more dedicated in my
efforts at the time. Alas, even though I saw results, the program and I slowly
drifted apart,
until one day I nearly forgot about my enlargement success and routine.

The biggest thing that I did this second time around was to remain dedicated to
the Bigger Penis Pro program, and continue to develop the steps that would lead
to permanent gains, as well as enhanced performance. I dedicated myself to
doing the full routine on a daily basis, with no more than 2 off days in a row. If
for some
reason I wasn't able to complete a full exercise routine, I at least did some
portion thereof.

If I was not able to perform wet jelqs, I would do dry jelqs, if I didn't have time
to do a full 1000 jelqs, then I'd only do 250 or 500. If jelqs weren't possible, I
would do the stretches.

If I couldn't do any steps at home, I would do my discreet bathroom routine. I


made it my life's goal to achieve results, and to remain dedicated to the program
completely. As I discuss in another post, the number one reason people quit the
program, myself included, was because they didn't see the results fast enough.

It's not easy to wake up and do the full Bigger Penis Pro program everyday when
you don't see any gains. But, dedication to yourself and the Bigger Penis Pro
program will produce results. The only thing I cannot guarantee is how quickly
your body will adjust to the routine, and if your gains will be present as your
monthly measurements are taken.

I've had months which showed a half-inch length gain, which fueled me to
continue the next month. And some months, where the gains were 1/16" or not
present at all. Those are the months that are hard to get through and can be
discouraging. I know that when I didn't see gains, I wasn't dedicated enough, like
being glued to
building this website versus doing the workouts and routines. Next month I
would devote more of an effort to doing the full exercises daily, or exceeding
them to the degree that my body could handle.

Before I developed the routine that would later become the Bigger Penis Pro
program, I tried pills, creams, pumps and extenders that didn't work like they
said they would. I did find some success with a penis pump, but overall, nothing
was permanent, and nothing was truly usable as a way to enlarge my penis, or
help me
last longer.

You can go through your free trial period with the Bigger Penis Pro program and
gain a half-an-inch in two weeks. Although that's not the standard result, it is
doable. Some men may not see a half-an-inch gain for multiple weeks.

How to Get More from Bigger Penis Pro
So you've been using the Bigger Penis Pro program and you'd like to get more
from it. Here are some tricks and tips you can use to enhance your routines.
Some of the methods below are not currently endorsed by the program, but we
have found that some advanced users may find success in SUPPLEMENTING
the Bigger Penis Pro program by implementing them.

Additional Reps and Times


Adding additional reps to your routine in increasing numbers or additional time
is the first and main method we endorse. We know that the routine works, and if
you gradually increase the number of reps you should see better gains. We
recommend adding 500 jelqs and 500 stretches for a week or two, then evaluate
how well your penis has adapted to the extra steps. If you are sore, or experience
lower erection quality scale back to 250 extra reps, if you can safely continue to
increase the reps you may do so.

Penis Pumps and the Bathmate


Having formerly used a penis pump and bathmate, there are ways to utilize one
towards the benefit of Bigger Penis Pro. Although not endorsed by the program
if combined with your routine, these devices may help add length and certainly
girth to your penis. The ideal method would me to incorporate it into your
routine after your stretches and jelqs. Begin with 10-15 minutes twice daily at
low pressure, and slowly increasing the pressure and time until you can
withstand a medium-high pressure for 15-30 minutes. While you are inside the
device, you should be constantly doing kegels. Kegel, pump, kegel, pump and
repeat until you are at the desired pressure, then kegel and hold for ten seconds,
release and repeat.
Cock Ring
As stated in our advanced edging routine, utilizing an adjustable cock ring
during edging will help make the penis larger and enhance performance. This
method is also endorsed by the program.
Stretchers
There are many stretching devices on the market designed to be worn for hours
on end to solely add length to the penis. Although not endorsed by the program,
we believe that combining a stretching device with the Bigger Penis Pro program
may help make the penis longer. We would recommend wearing the stretcher
after your jelqs for one hour to begin with and slowly increasing that time to
whatever may be comfortable for you. For the most comfortable and affordable
stretcher, we would recommend the max vacuum extender from Amazon,
available here.

As always, please follow the enlargement safety tips and start slowly. An injury
will only take you longer to overcome and recover from than if you would have
started off slower.
What to do When You Aren't Seeing Gains
Are you discouraged because you haven't seen any gains in length or girth and
you're ready to give up? Don't be! Here is what we have found to try when you
are having trouble getting the gains you're looking for.

First: Don't get discouraged, frustrated or upset. Plateaus can take around 3
months without any gains. I would expect to hit one plateau of 3 months with
every 1/4-1/2". So to gain one inch may take some men one year to achieve. If
you think that's too much time, remind yourself of how many inches you have
already added. If you've added zero, it's probably because you haven't given the
program a chance. If you've added length, girth, or improved your performance
in the bedroom, remind yourself of where you started.

Second: Continue with your daily routines and exercises, religiously. If you
aren't seeing the gains you want, you cannot give up! You must push through
and trust that the program will work, but it may take different amounts of time
for different men.

Third: Change up your routine, add new steps, alter the times, flip them around.
If you can handle additional reps, do so gradually until you begin to show more
positive gains. Add 250 reps to your daily stretches and jelqs each week until
you begin to see gains again. So if you are at 1000 daily jelqs on week 4, you
may go up to 1250 daily jelqs for week 5 and 1500 daily jelqs, and so-on. If you
feel pain or discomfort go back down by 250 jelqs until you can handle the
added jelqs to your routine.
Fourth: If after 3 months you do not see any gains, take a two week enlargement
vacation then work your way back up to your old, high level routine. I know we
advised to not give up in steps one and two, but if after 3 months you are still not
seeing gains, give your penis a rest. It is important to not forget to come back
from the rest though and to work your way back up again. Do not by any means
jump right in and do 1000 jelqs on the first day that you resume the program,
unless your penis can handle the
workouts.

Fifth: Make sure you are properly warming up/down and doing your edges. A
full workout that doesn't completely involve a warm up routine will be more
difficult to see results, although they are still possible. A warm penis will grow
faster and quicker than one that has not been warmed up, so make sure you are
adequately warming up.

Sixth: As a bonus, add in a penis pump, bathmate or extender! These are not
endorsed by the program, but when added into your routine after the stretches
and jelqs, and before edging, you may jumpstart the ability to see gains again.
