SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, ABC, EFG AND HJK. are sole heirs of the deceased AYT, are all of legal age,
Filipino, with permanent address at The Bellevue Quezon City Philippines. Do hereby NAME,
APPOINT and CONSTITUTE MS. ISSV of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at
Mandaluyong City, Philippines as my true and lawful agent-attorney-in-fact, for us and in our
name, place and stead for our own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following
acts and things, namely:

1. To represent and act, for and in our behalf relevant documents with Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), Land Registration Authority, Manila City Hall and any other
government agencies to apply, process, follow-up, receive any and all application of
Estate Tax.
2. To receive, sign and execute any documents in connection hereto;
3. To facilitate the transfer of property share to the heirs of AYT
4. To perform other functions deemed necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose
abovementioned.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to perform the aforesaid purpose, as
though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by
virtue hereof with full right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this _____ day of December 2020 at
