From the old Memoskop
1. SAVE IMAGES (optional)
Turn the system on.
Save important patients to CD. They can be restored to the new system.  (If CD feature is
bought from Siemens).
2. SAVE CONFIG (required)
Press CTRL + T to enter technical setup. Password = techuser
Insert another blank CD.
Press “S” to save system settings. Label the CD’s.
Save the CD’s and Dongle for the new system installation.

Restore to the new Memoskop


Connect the new Memoskop with the original USB Dongle to the Siremobil
Turn the system on, Press CTRL + T to enter technical setup. Password = techuser
Insert saved-settings (config.) CD. (may be with the logbook, inside the top compartment in the
rear of the monitor cart)
Press “R” to restore the old settings. Exit and remove the CD after completion.
Power cycle the system. The system is ready for use after boot up.
(optional) Insert and restore old patient images CD to the new system (If CD feature is bought
from Siemens).

Error 5901

Meaning:
Gen. tried X-Ray on without XRAY_query signal

Possible trouble:
Generator attempts radiation but the signal XRAY_query was not
present.
Software error D1.

Possible help:
- Faults in the system.
- Sirephos defective
- D1 defective.

Error 4028

Meaning:
Memoskop unexpected acq end signal

Possible trouble:
Host registered unexpected acq end signal of the Memoskop.

Possible help:
- Check faults on the Memoskop acquisition cable (D1.X10.27).
- Check Memoskop.
- Check connection cables to the Memoskop.
