DEED OF ADJUDICATION WITH SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, ANGELES M. ROSARIO, ENDA A. MAPIGA, THERESA M. HIPONIA,


PACITA M. GABINETE, VIRGINIA A. MAPIGA, ROSSINI M. LEMERY, all of legal
ages Filipino, and residents of Barangay Cansilayan, Buenavista, Guimaras.

WITNESSETH

        That we are the legal heirs of the late PACIFICO F. MAPIGA, who died intestate at
Brgy. Cansilayan, Buenavista, Guimaras, leaving no will and leaving no debts or obligation
whatsoever.

That during his lifetime, the said decedent was the owner of Lot 1174-C-2-G-2, Psd-06-
037658 (Subd. Of Lot 1174-C-2G, Psd-063011-027093) containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND FIFTY (1,050) square meters, more or less situated at Brgy. Cansilayan,
Buenavista, Guimaras, Philippines covered with TCT No. CLOA-T-1342.

That pursuant to Section 1 of Rule 74 of the New Rule of Court we hereby adjudicate unto
ourselves equally in equal shares the above mentioned parcel of land subject to the provisions of
Section 4, Rule 74 of New Rule of Court as amended.

        That for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php50,000.00) PHILIPPINE CURRENCY hand paid in full, receipt which is hereby
acknowledge to our full and complete satisfaction by GRACE F. DE LOS REYES, likewise of
legal age, and a resident of Brgy. Cansilayan, Buenavista, Guimaras Philippines, do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Deed of Adjudication with Sale unto the said
GRACE F. DE LOS REYES, her heirs and assigns, a portion of the above – described parcel of
land consisting ONE THOUSAND FIFTY (1,050) square meters, more or less, which portion
of herein sold, together with all the improvements found thereon free from all liens and
encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.

       
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of
