2. OBJECTIVES
To be enabling the response team to train as a team and develop a good
emergency communication.
To facilitate a possible scenarios applicable on site.
Evaluating effectiveness of each member.
3. SCOPE
This Pandemic Tabletop exercise was conducted at Advance Research Computing
Support Facilities Project MDC Dhahran. The Nesma HSE Department in coordination
with SAPMT Safety Adviser conducted an announced Tabletop Drill at ARCSF Nesma
Safety Office (Advance research computing Support Facilities Project) at around
08:30am on February 27, 2021.
Male Nurse to ensure that proper initial response to covid patient and isolation required
was implemented and the reporting procedure from Project up to Local Medical
Authorities.
Members to ensure that instructions given and Covid precautionary measures was
implemented at site and all topics including scenarios has to deliver at all site personnel.

Reviewing the current Pandemic & Medical Emergency Response
Duties and Responsibilities of each Member
Develop exercise objectives.
Identify possible situational obstacles
Delivery of scenarios and emergency procedure at site to include in daily toolbox.
6. SCENARIOS

No safe distancing and frequent roaming outside the camp and in the markets
Not following precautionary measures such as proper wearing of mask and hand washing
Not taking care of any healthy life style
D. Effect on Operations:

Construction operation slow down due to two key personnel placed under quarantine with additional 6
workers less in the daily production plus the Covid patient.

Positive Observations
All Table top drill participants followed a social distancing and wearing protective
mask during exercise.
All team members are aware on their roles and responsibility.
All team members are familiar with the pandemic scenarios.
Negative Observation
All Project and Site personnel don’t have a direct participation during the
discussion of topics and scenarios.
