Personal Physical Fitness Test

Jean Francine Cada, age 18, underwent a personal physical fitness test involving measurements of flexibility, cardio-vascular endurance, strength, speed, power, agility, reaction time, coordination, and balance. The results showed excellent flexibility as measured by the zipper and sit and reach tests. Cardiovascular endurance as measured by the 3-minute step test was also excellent. Performance on tests of strength, speed, power, agility, reaction time, coordination and balance ranged from good to very good.
