Required Hardware :
 Lock Kit :
- 40100008 : Lock without motoreducer.
- 40100016 : Lock with motoreducer, for 230V / 50Hz.
- 40100017 : Lock with motoreducern, for 120V / 60 Hz.
 Allen wrenches N°5 & N°3
 For SN < 910110000 model: Cutting pliers

Remove the front panel & the power rack


Cf. TechNotes 0.1.001 & 0.1.002

Cut the cable tie, at the adhesive bases.

Remove 4 screws.

Extract the lock.

Note : SN < 910110000
Unplug & remove the micro
switch on the top left side,
Remove the wire between this
switch & screw connector.

Cut at 5 cm the 2nd wire and


plug to the screw connector,

Unplug the connectors located on :

- The bottom switch

- The motoreducer.

Unplug 2 terminals for the top right switch.

Lock without motoreducer (ref. 40100008)

Remove the motoreducer from the lock.

Assemble the motoreducer on the new lock.

Motoreducer "73 W" :

Place a "1.25 A" fuse on the


power board & stick the label.

Plug the terminals on the top


micro switch (rond terminal
up).

Plug the terminals on the


bottom right micro switch,
and bend the connectors to
the bottom. Fig. 12 Terminals on the right top

Note : The top & bottom


switches are different.

Bend the connector on the


motoreducer side to the top.

Plug the motoreducer, and


bend the 2 connectors to the
bottom.

Replace & tighten the lock in
its place.

Fix the wires with cable ties.

Replace the power rack & the


front panel, without screwing.

Setting :

Close the lid, as shown, with the


unlocking key.

Align the 2 marks.

Tighten the setting screw until


Screw → "Click" + 1 tour
the "click" of the micro switch.

Switch on the centrifuge & press key.


Close the lid.

3 possible positions of the marks :

 Kit serrure : - 40100008 : Serrure sans motoréducteur.
- 40100016 : Serrure avec motoréducteur, 230V / 50 Hz.
- 40100017 : Serrure avec motoréducteur, 120V / 60 Hz.
 Clés BTR N° 5 & N° 3
 Pour n° série < 910110000 : Pince coupante

Retirer la face avant & le rack puissance :


Cf. TechNotes 0.1.001 & 0.1.002

Couper les colliers rylsan au niveau des pavés blancs.

Retirer les 4 vis.

Extraire la serrure

Débrancher & retirer le minirupteur en haut à gauche,

Débrancher les 2 cosses du minirupteur du haut.

Cas du kit serrure sans motoréducteur (ref. 40100008)

Retirer le motoréducteur de la serrure.

Assembler ce motoréducteur sur la nouvelle serrure

Motoréducteur "73 W" :

Placer un fusible "1,25 A" sur la


carte puissance & coller l’
étiquette.

Rebrancher les connecteurs sur
le minirupteur du haut, le
connecteur rond sur le dessus.

Rebrancher les connecteurs sur


le minirupteur en bas à droite,
et plier les pattes vers le bas.

bas sont différents.

Plier la fiche mâle sur le côté du


motoréducteur.

Brancher le motoréducteur, et
plier les 2 pattes vers le bas.

Replacer & visser la serrure
dans son emplacement.

Fixer la connectique avec des


colliers rylsan.

Remonter & brancher le rack


puissance & la face avant,

Serrure & câbles fixés
Réglage :

Fermer le couvercle, avec la


clé de déverrouillage.

Faire coïncider les 2 repères.

Serrer la vis de réglage


jusqu’au déclic du
Visser → "Clic" + 1 tour
minirupteur.

1 tour.

Mettre sous tension & appuyer sur la touche .


Fermer le couvercle.

Actionner la fermeture du couvercle plusieurs fois.

Visser la face avant.
