model appropriate behavior to my students and colleagues. I hope to be
able to contribute more to my school culture, as I sometimes feel I am
isolated in my own class or grade level and that we don’t interact
meaningfully with other grade levels. I would like to be more involved with
the rest of the school staff, as during distance learning, I did not get a
chance to meet some of the new employees. 7/16/21
