All plots must be graded towards the beach side of the property to allow natural runoff of rain water.
The Setting Out Line is the position of the crest of the buried rock revetment as shown in Figure 12 of the Geotechnical Guidelines Report available on the FTP site.
Seaward of the Setting Out Line and 5m landward of the Setting Out Line is a ‘do not touch’ zone. This is the dynamic beach area, therefore no permanent facilities
can be placed in this zone. This includes boundary fences.
Between 5 and 10m from the Setting Out Line excavation is permitted down to +4.0mDMD .
From 10m landwards from the Setting Out Line there is no restriction on excavation.

Note:
Trees, palms and large shrubs must only be planted in pits lined with root barriers.
Impermeable Root barrier (Terram Rootguard Plus or equivalent) to be provided
on the sides for all palm/tree pits, small trees and large shrubs and shrub beds.
The base of the tree pit must be laid with a permeable root barrier (Terram rootguard or
equivalent) over the drainage layer.
All trees and palms must be provided with root anchoring for adequate support.
Boring wells within or outside the plot limit to extract underground water for irrigation is
Prohibited.
Restricted Plants are:
Ficus sp., Bambusa sp., Conocarpus sp., Eucalyptus sp.
