• Kindly note that at different places of stay there are not one hotel, but several booked in the area so you will be allotted

• People who are above 70 years will need a medical certificate from an Australian government approved doctor before
arriving in Australia.
• Visa applications need to be done by all members by themselves. Invitation letters can be given for all individuals by
Genesis Horticultural Solutions Australia.

Cost per person with above inclusions is AUD 9050.00 based on 25 delegates at present rates for hotels, flights etc. It is important
that all expressions of interest are received on or before 31st May 2019 and all payments as per schedule of payments must be made

The Study tour will be confirmed only after 25 expressions of interest and first payments are received by the 31st of May 2019.

Please note that only once 25 expressions of interest are received by Aggragannya Skills Private Limited will the Study Tour
Education coordinator viz. Genesis Horticultural Solutions, Australia, firm up with different farms, the dates and times of each visit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS CLAUSE

Refund policy.

1. 30% withheld if cancelled 30 days prior to departure.


2. 50% withheld if cancelled less than 15 days prior to departure.
3. 100% withheld if cancelled less than 7 days prior to departure.

not be held responsible for any acts of God, delays in flights, war, riots and any other factors beyond the organizers control. Each
participant is responsible for his personal safety and must adhere to the rules of the study tour. Organizers may change times and
venues of visits for reasons that are beyond their control. All rules of civility must be maintained by all participants at all times. All
participants must be punctual at all events at all times so as not to disrupt the flow of the three week program.
