one of India’s largest pharmacies with over 2000 stores across 7 states. It
currently serves over 300,000 customers every day through its stores and
over 10,000 customers through its online channel, MedPlusmart.com

Medplus was founded with the primary vision of providing genuine medicines
and to bring the advantages of scale to the customer in a highly fragmented
industry
Brief description of the firm
(Domain, Financial Overview, Backed by blue chip PE funds like Warburg Pincus and Premji Invest, Medplus
Web Link etc.) is in expansion mode to be number one Pharmacy retail chain of India by
FY23. Medplus is on a mission to be 10k store pharmacy chain in 5 years time.
Medplus is looking to list the company in the public markets towards the end
of FY22.

Key Mid management roles in Retail Operations & E-commerce Operations ( covering
Roles Offered (please mention
functions like - Centralized Retail Operations Control, Consumer Experience, Logistics
functions) and Last mile connectivity, Diagnostics & Clinic operations)

Job Description Operational role across the Omni-channel platform both on the online and offline
channels. The role is one of general management which will span across managing
fulfilment centre, delivery and last mile logistics, remote monitoring of store
operations and evaluating and enhancing customer experience at the store level. The
