Section 4 : First Aid Measures

Swallowed : If victim is conscious and alert, allow to rinse mouth then drink 2-4 cupfuls of
water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical aid immediately.
Eye : Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the
upper an lower lids. Seek medical attention immediately.

Skin : Wash affected areas thoroughly with soap and water for at least 15 minutes

Section 5 : Fire-Fighting Measures

Fire/ Explosion : Material is stable under normal conditions of temperature and pressure.
Incompatible with strong reducing agents, strong bases, moist air or water.
Hazardous decomposition products include hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides,
carbon monoxide, irritating and toxic fumes and gases. Hazardous
polymerization has not been reported. On contact with nitrogen compounds,
nitrogen trichloride fumes can be formed, which are very explosive. Reacts
violently with calcium hypochlorite.
Extinguishing Media : Fire fighters should wear full protective clothing including self-contained
