I hope this message finds you well. I'm honored to invite you to speak at TEDxFUTO, an independently
organized TED event which will hold at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) on the 1st
of May.

TEDxFUTO is a full-day event that strives to re-create the unique experience found at TED. With an
audience of about 300 people at the Elvis Bukateria Hall, FUTO and the theme Discover, we hope to
bring together bright minds to give talks over a wide range of subjects. The talk is expected to be
idea-focused in order to foster learning, inspiration, and wonder; and to provoke conversations that
matter within our community.

As a volunteer-only organization, TEDx curators, organizing team members, volunteers and speakers
are not paid. Although the cost of logistics may be covered by the organization.

We believe you will bring great value and inspiration to kick-start a thought- provoking conversation
amongst our attendees, therefore we consider you, a valued speaker.

Due to the time constraints for this event, we require a feedback from you to let us plan efficiently
and effectively. In light of this, please let us know by Monday, 29th March if you will be available to
speak at the event.
