MAHARASHTRA, INDIA, being the proprietor of the aforementioned proprietorship firm, do
hereby appoint, constitute, nominate and authorize CS Ankit Sethi, Trade Mark Agent or Ms.
Disha Mehta or any of their representative having office at, 104, Monalisa Apartment,
Kasturba Road, Near Bharat Bank, New Era Malad Station Road, Malad West, Mumbai-
400064, Maharashtra, India, to act as my true & lawful attorney/agent for registration of Trade
mark/ Service mark including filling of applications, replies, prosecutions, oppositions, counter-
statements, affidavits, verifications, rectifications, cancellations, registered users, maintenance
renewals, restorations, assignments, and to represent me in the proceedings before the registrars
of trademarks, IAPB or the Government of India and to file any other documents as may be
required under The Trade Marks Act, 1999 and rules framed there under and to do all the acts,
deeds and things, (including appointment of a substitute or substitutes) as the said agent/s or
attorney/s may deem necessary or expedient in connection therewith or incidental thereto and
request that all notices, requisition and communications relating thereto may be sent to such
agent at the above address.

I revoke all my previous authorizations, if any, in respect of the proceedings.
