XL1200C MAKE-H-D MOTOR COMPANY to VISHWAS NAMBIAR son
of NAYARYANAN KUTTY R/o Y10, GROUND FLOOR GREEN PARK
NEW DELHI 110016.
2- That I have received the full and final sale
consideration of the above said vehicle Amounting
8,20,000 (EIGHT LAKH TWENTY THOUSAND ONLY) from the
above said purchaser.
3- That I have today on __JULY 2021 at Sagar Pur New
Delhi 110046 handed over the physical
possession/delivery of the said vehicle to the said
purchaser.
4-That the said purchaser shall get the said vehicle
transferred in his name Within 12 months and shall bear
the entire expenses incidental thereto.
5- That I am responsible for the challan/accident and
any other cases till date __July 2021 and in future
i.e. from today onwards the said purchaser shall be
fully responsible for tax, challans, accident, any
court cases and indemnifies the seller of any future
liabilities for the aforesaid vehicle.
6- That I have no objection if the said vehicle is
transferred in the name of the said purchaser.
7- That I have handed over the original documents/RC to
the said purchasers today i.e. on dated __JULY 2021.
