Job Description:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
● 8-12 years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementation project, upgrade/migration project
experience of HANA system
● Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success as a SAP on Cloud Architect with at least 2 end to end life
cycle implementation of SAP S/4 HANA project on premise and on Cloud IaaS hosting (Azure, AWS)
● Ability to develop a SAP S/4 HANA Technical Architecture and Cloud Hosting Strategy in a hybrid IT landscape
● Experience in designing all aspects of Cloud Infrastructure Architecture including Compute, Storage, network,
High Availability, Disaster recovery and monitoring
● Hands on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA System Conversion
● Hands on experience with SAP workload OS-DB migration to Cloud
● Hands on experience in Installation and technical configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, SAP CPI, Cloud
connector, Solution Manager, Data hub solutions within Major Cloud IaaS platforms
● HANA database installation/administration experience with troubleshooting and optimization.
● Demonstrating proven thorough ability to utilize effectively written, verbal, and presentation business
communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services
business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving
development efforts with clients.
● Demonstrates proven thorough abilities and success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by
monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team
members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of
progress and issues
 ● Good hands on experience on Unix flavors and Windows

NICE TO HAVE:
1. SAP Certification C_TADM70_21 and E_S4HCON2020
2. Database hands on experience on MS SQL and Oracle to troubleshoot, analyze, backup/restore etc.
3. HANA database sizing experience

ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Understand client requirements, provide solutions and implement technical components accordingly.
● Ability to create Technical Documents and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
● Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in
implementations from Blue print to Go-Live
● In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP
implementation:
● Unit Testing, Integration Testing
● User Support activities
● Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies
● Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
● Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
● Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
● Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in
implementations from Blue print to Go-Live
● Should be open to work in different shifts and travel as per requirement
● SAP BASIS requirements gathering, implementation of HANA and other SAP Products upgrade and migration to
HANA and implementation of S4/HANA.

* Required to deliver knowledge training sessions, publish white papers on his/her core skills, mentor team members,
