Department of Education: Detailed Lesson Plan in Science 5

This lesson plan outlines a science lesson for 5th grade students about the conditions of the environment before, during, and after a typhoon. The lesson objectives are for students to describe the effects of winds and perform activities related to typhoons. The content will be presented through videos, a PowerPoint, and a group activity where students draw illustrations of infrastructure and resources before, during, and after a typhoon. Students will then evaluate the conditions by sorting examples into the proper columns. For homework, students are asked to explain the role of social media before, during, and after strong typhoons.
