This document contains a checklist of measures of performance (MOVs) for teachers ranked I-III according to 5 key result areas (KRAs): 1) Content knowledge and pedagogy, 2) Diversity of learners and assessment/reporting, 3) Curriculum and planning, 4) Community linkages and professional engagement/development, and 5) Plus factors. Each KRA contains several objectives with examples of MOVs required to meet those objectives, such as activity sheets, lesson plans, feedback provided to students, participation in professional development activities, and involvement in additional school initiatives.

Objective 5: Planned and delivered teaching strategies that are responsive to the special

Objective 6: Used strategies for providing timely, accurate, and constructive feedback to
improve learner performance.
