1. What did you feel when the teacher gave you the activity and told you to post it in your
facebook account?
The moment I read the activity early this morning, I felt thrilled at the same time
worried for myself since I don’t have any personal art materials at home but the good thing was
I saw some pastels, pencils and papers from my brother’s things and I immediately think about
the things about my dream school and for a few moments I was able to planned it out in my
head. Next, I tried to sketch on a piece of paper and I thought my work wasn’t good so I stopped
sketching it for a while, good thing that Dr. Geroso informed us that we can do it using a gadget
so I decided to install the SketchUp application on my PC tab so that I can start doing the task. I
was actually having a hard time doing the assigned task because I was pressured with the time
and the application I used keeps on crashing because of the low memory. Nevertheless, I still did
it because it is my responsibility as a student to be involved with the given task of the teacher. I
also felt worried about posting it on my Facebook account because I was thinking about the
“what if’s” but I know for myself that we can’t please everyone so I just did my very best to
complete the activity.
2. What did you feel after you have completed your activity?
I was happy that I was able to make it and got my task done but before I posted the
finish product on my Facebook account, I asked my little brother’s opinion about it and he told
me that it was not good enough and pointed at a lot of technicalities on my work like the
structure, proportions, measurements, etc. so I ended up doubting if I should post it but my ego
told me to just go with it and so I did; I posted it on my account and felt satisfied when it was
flooded by reactions and comments by my Facebook friends. My anxious self was now relieved
that I was able to accomplish the task given today and I felt glad and driven for it awakened my
passive skill in visual and graphic design that I neglected for a year or two because I got caught
up with my work.
