Introduction:
Communication is the process of conveying the information among two or more people. It involves
the imparting or interchanging thoughts, opinions, or information among people through speech,
writing, or signs. To make communication effective there should be two way of sharing information
one is sender who sends message and another is receiver who receives massage. Being an intern in
an IT company I should have to maintain the effective communication between my clients, boss and
staffs.
I have develop a two day training event and scheduled it at company for Continuing Professional
Development whit the objective of for their skill enhancement and to provide competitive advantage
among their competitor . I have used various communication styles, types and process of
communication through this task used for an event.
Two day training on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and its schedule.
Communication styles:
Verbal communication:
Verbal communication is the means of communication where information are shared among the
people on the form of the written documents or in the spoken form. Being a trainer in the even I used
many of the verbal languages. I have to deliver speech in-front of the clients and I have to make them
clear about my presentation without getting them to be bored so that the objectives of the training
will be meet. I have to manage the event by my own self so that I talked with the clients and decided
appropriate date. In order to communicate with them I create an environment among them. I became
friendly, thought before talking, spoke with confidence, focused in language and became serious
toward training. That’s makes me much easier to handle the event, it was faster and successfully
completed.
In the presentation I had also used written communication via my presentation. I have passed them
the slides which I have created. That makes me easier to make them understand. I made them clear to
understand the presentation and also asked for the feedback form with them. Even I gave them my
contacts and email id for the future programs to invite and said to ask if they doesn’t understood.
In my presentation I presented front of my clients I have to use oral communication to make them
understood about the presentation. Through that time I shared my ideas, views and information that I
have gained from different resources through the oral communication. There are also other means of
oral communication like Facebook live, skype etc. but I choose to be present in front of them and
gave my presentation. That make effective communication because here clients also can be
participative freely and can ask questions. But while doing this event I found that oral
communication is time consuming and it brings the conflicts among the peoples.
Non-verbal communication:
Non-verbal communication are those communication where feelings, emotions, attitude, movement,
gestures (signals), eye contact etc. communicates with wordless. In my presentation also I have used
many of the non-verbal communication styles like making eye contacts while doing presentation,
making hand signals, position, giving attention to the clients etc. While delivering my presentation I
stayed cool and make a smile on my face that also make clients feel easier to communicate with me.
That is also the sign of the non-verbal communication. Even my posture also determine whether the
clients are being interested or not. Like if I stayed in bench and delivered my presentation that will
make my presentation the worst. The loudness of the voice also effects the clients to attract to you.
So in my presentation I stayed calmed, focused, and took break/walked slowly when I don’t get
words, took time and then again started.
Even in my presentation I used figures to make thigs clear with the clients. Taking some of the
graphs, pictures, pie-chart etc. are also the non-verbal communication. Here the visual
communication also makes me fast to communicate with them and the result was also good after
using this style of communication.
Although there are two types of communication but one is incomplete without another. Effective
communication holds both the verbal and Non-verbal communication.
Process of communication:
Process of communication involves two parts i.e. sender and then receiver.
Sender: As being the sender I have to send the message in the proper way so that the receiver i.e. my
clients will be able to understand what I am going to deliver. In order to do that I used many of the
verbal and non-verbal communication. Even I passed them slides that I have created and also at the
break time I solve some of the queries that solves their problems.
Receiver: As my intended users was my clients in an IT company I made them clear about my event
i.e. CPD. My clients must receive the message actually what I want to say so that there will develop
an effective communication. For that I used all the verbal, nonverbal communication skills and
techniques that let me to give the actual message that I wanted to send.
Feedback: Feedback form ensures that my clients get the same message that I wants to send.
Feedback is necessary to know whether my event was gone successfully or not.
Feedback form:
I distributed the feedback form at the end of my presentation on second day and was appropriately
filled by the participant in the events which was duly filled.
Conclusion:
Communication is the sharing of ideas and information but to make it effective sender should send
the information clearly and receiver must get the same meaning as the sender wants to sends. To
make communication better one should be able to question on every things and behaves good to all.
Being confidence, relaxed, making eye contacts, good language also helps to maintain the good
communication even when you are in stress. Verbal, non-verbal, aggressive communication, passive
Introduction:
Time management refers to the way or the process of allocating the specific time to the specific task
or activities. For example: if you have to go to play football with friends then you should go after
you have completed your homework because study is important than playing. In similarly way,
Effective time management means planning to do smart work with the help of different time
management techniques like action plan, braking goals into small parts, prioritization, to do list etc.
Being an intern in IT Company it is mostly necessary to manage the time effectively. In the first task
I have organized an event about CPD. In this task I am going to show you how I managed my times
in the events by using different time management skills. Here is the presentation on how I used to
manage my time during planning an events:
Conclusion:
Time management is not about how you manage the time or how you make time pause/stop/control
but it is all about how you manage yourself, how you maintain yourself, how you present yourself.
“Time is powerful”, no one can stop it but all we can do is manage it. Ability to manage the time in
an effective way will obviously leads to the success in life. As you manage time using this
techniques you will find yourself how easily and fast your work will be finished. Things should be
done in an SMART way i.e.
Specific = Goal must be clearly and should meet the objective of company.
Measurable = Output that came from the certain effort to achieve the goals must be countable.
Attainable = Goals must be realistic and can be understood by all.
Relevant = Goals and outcomes of the goals must be relevant or meaningful towards the goal of org.
Time-bound = Goals must be completed on the certain periods of time.
Introduction:
A professional schedule is a timetable that is made for some purpose to complete the given work at
the correct time is schedule. To manage it in the professional way is the professional schedule.
Here in this task I am going to present a professional schedule that I made during the event and also
with the contingencies plan and time allocation.
This table is for the activities that we have done during different time periods with the contingencies
plan. This means to say that with the back up plans. This is the time table of a day. This time table
also helped us to take the decisions on the different periods of the time. This time table schedule
helped us to get our work completed on the time. This schedule helps us to remember us time to time
about the table to be completed. While organizing this event the main problem was the time
allocation. Within the short periods of the time we have to complete many of the works so that we
divided the team and have the time allocations to the team members.
1. Our first task was to do meeting with the clients and then fixing the date and time of the
event. For that we all team member went to them with the public vehicles taking the text
documentation and slides about how our event will be held and how we will completed the
task on the time. Here our contingency plan was to make the video of the meeting for the
absent clients.
2. Then after doing the meeting we all team members gathered the money for the event and
there was no any contingency plan for that task because all lf the team members must have to
contribute on that event.
3. Selecting the venue was one of the difficult task and it took a lot of the time of ours. If we
didn’t found the venue like we wanted then we decided to organize it on the party palace.
4. Overall meeting among the clients and team members and giving them the awards at the last
of the event was our fourth task. Here our back up plan was if the boss of the event will not
be present on the event then we will award the team members with the coordinator of the
event.
5. Feedback was our last event that was done to know if we have successfully completed the
event or not. At last we also provided them the juices so they won’t got bored.
Conclusion:
At the last of the event we all realized that the professional scheduling really helped us to get our
work completed. With the proper maintenance of the time and the good response from the clients the
event was completed. Some of the contingency plan that we made also helped us to make the event
ongoing at the last moments. For time management professional scheduling must be done.
Introduction:
Interpersonal skills are those skills that are used in the daily life like communication skills,
leadership skills, time management skills, assertive skills, negotiation skills etc. Interpersonal skills
refers to the social skill, soft skills, people skills or the life skill because this skill will make the life
of the personal and professional people better than the best. For developing those skills you don’t
need to do work hard or study for many times. You just need to understand those skills and then use
them on the personal life.
People who have the good personal skill are adorable and adaptable. They become fit on the every
situations of the life. There personal life and the professional life will be managed and balanced.
Interpersonal skills includes communicating verbally, non-verbally, listening to others, team works
etc. Interpersonally skilled people will behave all the people on their surrounding respectfully and
manage his circle to be fully motivated, positive thinking and the good learner. Gaining this skill will
helps people on negotiation skills, personally effectiveness, problem solving skills, techniques and
methods etc.
To be personally effective on the personal and professional life you don’t need to have many other
resources. You just need to enhance your own skill in the professional way like: listening skill,
negotiation skill, strengths, talents, energy and time etc. To achieve the goal either it is personal or
the professional interpersonal skill is the basic things that we needed on the life. To be personally
effective you just don’t need to be a superstar or the good degree holder you just need to be
personally effective.
This skill will help you to work in the group and achieve the goal on the time. They can
communicate in an effective way and can build a good image among the personal and the
professional peoples. In my event also I have used some of the techniques like communication skills,
time management skill, negotiation skills etc. that helped me to achieve more than that o was
expecting from my event. Good interpersonal skill will help you to achieve more than interpersonal
skill like if you are working on interpersonal skill then you will achieve more than the interpersonal
skill teaches you.
Positive attitude, less stress is also the main factor to build the interpersonal skills. Being friendly,
communicating to all with the same behaviors, mutual understanding is also needed. As you gain
those skills in life then they should be implemented and practiced in all the aspects of the life. They
should be reflected on your work and understanding. While working on the group and acting as the
leader of the team you need to have the interpersonal skills. Resolving the problem of the situation,
handling the bad situations calmly without hurting anyone, negotiating on the work place are the area
where you can practice these skills. Developing and keeping these skills up to you doesn’t have the
meaning so it should be implemented on the personal as well as on the professional life.
Conclusion:
Interpersonal skill is all about how you can be managed on the personal as well as in the professional
life so that there will be maintained one imagination on the people’s eyes. It is the life long process
and there should be so much focus and self-management on emotions, feelings, thoughts,
imagination because those things will be reflected on your behaviors and your behaviors will
determines your personal as well as the interpersonal skills.
Introduction:
An unwelcomed situation or the matter that becomes harmful and that needed to be deal quickly is
the problem. Problem might be small or the big but it needed an attention and needed to be solved.
There are various techniques to solve the problems like SWOT analysis principle, questioning the
why, 7D’s method etc.
As being the intern in an IT company I daily used to face many of the problems. But the main theme
is that problems needs the focus, attention, techniques and methods to solve it. While organizing an
event I have also face many of the problem. Here in this task I am going to discuss how I faced the
problem before and after the event was completed and then bring out the solution.
As I have organized an event on the continuous professional development there came many of the
problems before and after I accomplished the task. But the event was gone successfully because I
used several of the problem solving techniques. The problems that I face during and event was like
this.
Problem statement: Lack of the budget, Technical problems, selecting the venue for an event
People take problem as the problem because they don’t have the idea to address it. So that problem
becomes problem to many peoples. First of all you need to decide whether it is a problem for you or
not. Like during my event the main problem was that I don’t have enough budget to organize an
event, to select the venue. That was the first problem for me that needed to be solved quickly. Even
the problem is defined then there will be misunderstanding among the people, they become confused
in the outputs of the problems. I took the views of my seniors who had already organized an event
successfully. They made me easier to solve the problems. People hesitates to take the help of the
seniors or the juniors to solve the problems. But their attitude, egos, dissatisfaction will obvious
make them difficult to solve their own problems.
orientation or simply the workshop. At first I discuss with my friends and took one conclusion and
then further I discussed it with the expertise to make it better.
Conflict:
Of course problem solving is the conflict process because it consists of many ideas of the many
peoples. As I have asked with my friends at first and then asked with the experts there arises the
conflicts on the ideas of the people.
Emergence:
In this phase the search for the solutions starts like up above I got some ideas what to do and then I
applied those ideas with the techniques to get the result or the solution.
Solution:
The potential solution with the techniques will leads to solve the problem efficiently and in timely.
Critical thinking, time management skills are the basic things required to solve the problems and get
the outputs. It is also known as the brainstorming process that involves the decisions of all the
members without judging their ideas.
SWOT Analysis:
SWOT analysis helps to know the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of the employee in the
company that helps to run the company in the better way. In this basis also people are haired and
fired from the company. This can also be used in the daily life to improve your own skills. SWOT
analysis keeps the track the growth of the company that makes easier for them to understand the
progress if the company.
While organizing this event also I have planned an SWOT analysis. This helps keep yourself on
track towards the future goal. This analysis helps to understand my strength and weaknesses in the
event and create opportunity and threats for the future plans. SWOT analysis helps to find the
positive or the negative deviation.
As SWOT analysis is always in the form of the matrix basis so this table helps or realizes that what
my strength, weakness, opportunity and threats are. In my event program also the main strength was
good communication style but having no experience of such events. Like, wise the opportunity was
mainly for the future plan, for the future progress but there weakness was lack of strategies,
techniques, budget etc.
Techniques:
To solve my problem I used many techniques. First of all I identify the problem and gather
knowledge, information from all the sources like experts, seniors, internet etc. Then I defined it
whether it is my problem that is reletd to my event of not. Then I enlighten the possible solutions of
it. Like I manage to take the loan from the bank or either to barrow some money from the friends to
organize an event. Then for the technical problem like fixing the date and time for the events I
manage to take a meeting and gave them information about it. As time management is also one of the
methods to solve the problem I planned the time, scheduled them by using different time
management techniques like Eisenhower’s time management technique, Paratoo rule etc. As my
event consists of many threats then I have to make my backup plan so that at the last moment I will
My backup plan was that I have to speak up with another organizer/event manager but not fixed it so
that at the last moments I can change it. The common mistakes in the work place creates the
problems work smoothly. An event always consists of a certain goals. In order to meet the goal time
management, problem solving skills are required. My goal of organizing an event was to let know
the clients about what the CPD means and how can you use them in the work place and in personal
life as well.
Experience people have many ways to solve the problem because they become used to with the
problem solving. Even the documentation is the past experience. If the documentation is created then
it helps to know how the same problem is been solved at the past. That is also one of the techniques
to solve the problems.
Five why supports you to ask or realize for more than five time that what you are going to do is
really benefits to your intended user or not? Or are they really paying full attention towards the event
or not. If not then why are they not paying full attention? What should I do to make the things better
to make them clear etc. are the things that are needed to be noticed. In my task also I have questioned
myself to make the presentation better and then this techniques helps me. The questioning of the why
will give the answer and the potential solution. If any question, problems are rises then if you got the
answer of the question why then it will be the best solution for it. The process that may include to do
the why techniques may be tracking/recording the problems, analyzing the problem, observing the
problems and finally getting the result/solution. (ND, March 23, 2017)
During solving the problem if you don’t find the potential solution then the process will go on and go
on. This was the technique that I used in my event and solved the problems.
Solutions:
Applying all the techniques the all problem was solved. The event that I was going to conduct was
successfully done with the help of my friends at the last. The problem of mine was the budget,
technical and selecting venue. For the budget I concern to my relatives, family for the money. For the
technical problem I used the special technical person for maintaining all things for the event. Only
Conclusion:
Making a right judgment, making the decision at the right period of time will obviously leads to
solving the problem. Problem solving process might go through the mathematical process or through
the logical process. Problem solving is the conflict, emergence and orientation process because in
problem solving there will includes two or more ideas that brings conflicts on the ideas so does in the
result. Problem solving is not the methodology but it is the process of the company to make the
employee more creative, matured, leadership ability and make critical thinking. Even time
management is also one of the problem. And mismanagement of time is another problem so that
managing the time is important in the company for solving the problems.
Introduction:
Critical thinking is the process of reflective and independent thinking about something clearly and
rationally that will give you certain better output. Critical thinking solutions should always solve the
problem of what to do or what to believe. Critical thinking always helps to solve the problem
systematically and in the manageable ways. (ND, n.d.)
In this task I am going to describe about the critical thinking before my events and how I solve the
problem. Critical thinking always lead to the logical connections between the ideas. Critical thinking
lets me to thinks beyond my comfort zone or think Out-of-the-box that makes easier to solve the
problem.
The main importance behind doing critical reasoning on this task is that critical thinking helps to
recognize what actually the problem is and let you to think about the optional solutions. For
example: on my event the main problem was the lack of the budget and for its solution I would ask
for my relatives, friends and if not then I will manage the loans from the banks.
Critical thinking is the process. Positive thinking about the life, focused on the goals can help to
think critically. Critical thinking is needed mostly for the big problems to solve the problem
efficiently and in the less effort, less amount of the time. Attitude, self-confidence, supportive is
needed to build the critical thinking on you. Critical thinking lets to understand the problem
accurately and gives the exact and the clear solutions. Critical thinking involves the skill,
performance, attention, focus of the person to solve the problems. New ideas, wide area of thinking,
positive thinking, Self-evaluation, building confidence can be built by the improvement with the help
of critical thinking skills.
Decision making:
First of all decide whether it is a real problem that is needed or is been compulsory to solve it or not.
In our event the main problem was the budget, technical and venue selection problem that was the
main problem that are needed to solve quickly. Then a decision was made to solve it and the rational
thinking starts.
Analyzing:
Although the problem arose then there are many solutions for them. Problem was the budget for that
we asked to all relatives and friend and then at last took the loan further. Another problem we
selecting venue and the technical problems where we chose some venue and then compared between
them and then came out at the best solutions.
Reasoning:
The solution came by analyzing the problem and applying the critical thinking on it. Reasoning
behind the problem of an event was to make the program successfully completed, effective so that
the clients might be able to understand the value of the event. Critical thinking plays the vital roles in
generating the new and better ideas and the best outputs among them.
Evaluating:
Problem was occurred during our event and the possible solutions came with the decision making,
analyzing and reasoning the problem and the phase came where the evaluation of the problem is
necessary. On our event the problem was the budget and the solution was to ask to the family,
relatives, friends or taking loans. Among the above option evaluate or compare between them in
order to take the correct decision at time.
Problem solving:
After evaluating the problem the best solutions came out and the solution will be solved. If the best
solutions doesn’t came then repeat those steps and then try to get the solution of the problems
quickly. All over the problem solving there should be tracking down of the events that you have
done.
Conclusion:
Critical thinking is needed in order to solve the problems. You can say critical thinking as the
brainstorming stage of the problem solving from where the better output comes. By applying this
techniques I have solved the problems that are arouses while I have organized an event. Critical
thinking helps in getting override of the negative minds. Critical thinking leads to be the positive and
helps to create the strong vision.
Introduction:
Problem is the desire to solve anything to make the better than today. Problem solving is the physical
as well as the mental process where the problem is find and given them a shape where problem is
defined and solved.
Problem arises in the daily life as well in the professional life. Problem can be solved in any way or
in any methods. The main theme is that the problem should be resolved in the short periods of the
time. The techniques that are used to solve the problem is known as the problem solving techniques.
Sometime the solution of the problems will become its own problem like time management. It is one
of the techniques of the problem solving but it will become the obstacle while solving the problem so
that there should be chosen of the correct techniques of solving the problem.
The root cause of any of the problem should be known in order to solve the problem. There are
several method of finding out that what actually is causing the problems and what might be its
solution. Problem solving included the technical problem to the personal problem and long term
problem to the short terms problem that required to be solved and get the better outputs from it. Here
in this task I have done some of the Secondary Research to explain the problem-solving techniques
used in the different phases during organizing any event or in the personal as well in the professional
life too. Secondary Research means to do the summary on the primary research done by others.
Orientation:
This is the free flow discussion where questions are numerous and then thinking about the solutions
of it. In this phase the root cause of the problems are to be discussed and then there possible solution
to be solved. Here the solutions are interdependent. For example our problem is the fear to speak at
the public. Then this stage say that what makes you fear and what might be its solution.
Conflict:
In this stage there comes a lot of the solutions from the many types of the people or the team
members. Here the conflicts arises by the ideas of the different people. The ideas that the team
members offered gives the evidence and the support to solve the problem. My problem above was
the fear to speak in public and in this stages solutions came like you should take part in the public
speech, interacts with the publics etc. here the conflicts of the solutions arises.
Emergence:
At this stage there will be the search of the solutions. The best solution from the conflict above is
selected to solve the problem. For my problem above I will choose the best solutions method and
then apply it fast to get the solutions.
Solutions:
The solution and the outcomes will obviously came after solving the problem and for the solution of
the problem there should be the positive attitude among the members of the team. Here the solution
will be came and you should agree on the solution.
generated solutions.
action, prevent from the recurrence or be careful, closer and team celebration after the success if not
repeat again. These are the 8 steps of 8D’s that should go with the flow or the step by steps.
Benefits of 8 D’s:
1. Works on the team rather than on the individual way and easy to learn this techniques.
2. Increases the familiarity with solving the problem and better understanding of the problems.
3. Helps to identify the root cause of the problem so that it will become easier to solve the
problem.
4. Improves the way of understanding the problem and the way of resolving the problems.
5. Helps to improve the effectiveness and the efficiency of the problem solving.
8d’s is necessary when some of the complaint arises from the customers on the products, test failures
of the solutions, safety or the regulatory problem etc.
This techniques helps to increase the profit and decrease the cost of the company. It also helps to
increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of solving the problem among the employees and the
employers.
Conclusion:
Applying the problem solving methods can solve the problem from where there will be developed
opportunity and the threats. Every approach to problem solving outlines a structure which describes a
thought process required to reach to problem resolution. The issue however, behind problem solving
is not the methodology but the ability of employees to be skilled and apply the problem solving
methodology in an objective manner that can yield results. With this said, the ability of employees to
resolve problems also rests with the culture of the organization. That is, how it is structured, how
problem solving skills are encouraged or rewarded, whether or not employees are allowed to think
freely and whether the use of data is at the center of decision-making.
Introduction:
The solutions that are needed to solve the problem in a systematic way is known as solution
methodologies. It is the theoretical analysis of the methods to apply on the professional as well as the
practical life.it compares the theoretical and the principle aspects of the problem solving methods.
Problem is a matter or the situation which are difficult to understand and the unwelcomed situations
that is needed to solve the problem. Problem can be solved through the mathematical or the
systematic operations according to the critical thinking and problem solving methodologies. Problem
solving is an important role to find the success on the life.
(ND, 2012)
Problem solving methodologies contains of the following steps. The first step is to analyze the
problem, then design for the solution then development of the effective solution and then evaluates
the solutions that comes out.
SWOT Analysis:
SWOT Analysis is just the step to analysis the problem. It helps to
identify the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats of the
problem solving. It is done before or after the problem has been
solved. This analysis is based upon to find the strength and
weakness of the people while solving an event and then finding its
opportunity and there threats.
This techniques is the easiest way to analyze the problems of the company. In the company in order
to make the decisions against at the team SWOT Table is used. SWOT helps to identify the nature of
the employee in the company. Strength and weakness are the internal factors in the company like
financial problem, human resources, and equipment resources etc. The elements of the strength can
be some time beneficial whereas sometimes non beneficial depending upon the effects of the objects.
In the other hand the external factors are opportunities and threats like external funding, political
environment, working environment, and other factors that will determines the strength and
weaknesses of the company.
5 Why?
It is also the effective way of the problem solving. It is done after the analysis is done of the problem
in order to find out the solution of the problems. This steps says that to ask the why questions to our
self if the process of solving the problem is going good or not. It makes the solution of the problem
best. It is the interrogative way of solving the problem. In the company 5 Why can be applied
between the employee and employers. By repeating asking the questions and solving the problem
will obviously lead you to the solution of the problem. For example if the company is not making
profit and going in the losses:
Why? – The team leader is not making good effort in the team. (Second why)
Why? - The members and the Staffs are not given the guidance to solve the problems. (Fourth Why)
Why? - The company was not observed from time to time and SWOT table was not watched. (Fifth

workplace there challenges will came and it should be deled quickly and effectively. So for that it is
the importance to have the good critical thinking that comes by the help of the intellectual skills,
ability to analyze and good vision towards the problems.
Knowledge:
For every problem there should be the greater vision of solving the problem. For that knowledge
should be the important to solve it. In some cases there is the problem but there is no need to think it
critically so that there should be the knowledge of deciding which problem is to be necessary to be
think critically and which is not. While doing an event also we gather the information about all the
essential things and then only we started to do work.
Comprehension:
Once the problem is identified and the knowledge is also gathered from the resources then at the next
stage the problem should be understood clearly whether it is needed to be solved or not. The
solutions of the problem can be collected from many of the techniques of the problem solving and
then adopt the best one according to the problem.

The situation is analyzed and then linked with the solution that came from the techniques of the
problem solving. Based upon the future impact of the problem the problem can be analyzed and then
it can be done through cause effect diagram which compares among the causes and the effects of the
problems. During our event also we analyzed the different solutions that came among the people.
Application:
To understand and analyze the problem the mind map among the future core problem and the best
way of moving and handling it can be done. Application of the solution that comes by the
comprehension and the analysis can be done in this step.
Synthesis:
The decision and the action that is taken by the fully analysis of the problem from the above steps
can be done in this step. Different tools like SWOT Analysis can be used to analyze the problem. We
have also used the same techniques it analyze the problems.
Take action:
The final step after the evaluation, analysis knowledge etc. is the action step where the solution is
implemented and then watches for the result. (Elmansy, 2017)
Investigate yourself:
Information that came from trusty or non-trusty sources should not be double checked. Because it
will bring conflict on the decision of the person. Be accurate in the decision and the information that
you have searched so that while gathering the information you should investigate yourself. You
should be satisfied with the solution of the problem. If you are not satisfied with the problem then
you should not have to use it. The judgment of the problem must be clear.

As Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." The critical thinking ability
people have comprehensive skills that helps to solve the problem. Time is the important factor in the
critical thinking. To manage the solution from the critical thinking is always necessary. Many of the
jobs in the real work required critical thinking ability of the people rather than the degree.

Introduction:
Group means the collection of the people in order to achieve the certain goals. In the group the
number of the people works to achieve the common goals. There are many individual roles and
responsibilities that needed to be fulfilled in order to achieve the common goal of the group. The
goals that are achieved by the individual are always analyzed whether the member of the team is
heading towards the goal of the group or he/she has lost the path.
Keeping the track of the group member while doing the work is also the way of evaluating the team
member’s according to their works. Critical evaluation is needed to the team members otherwise it
will bring the conflict on the members of the groups. Critical evaluation means the evaluation that
have the valid positive conclusions. By doing the critical evaluation the members are judged to be
promoted or to be fired. Members of the team are haired and fired according to their responsibilities,
there attention to the task, there work and there overall evaluation. We have also done the team work

fearlessly Competing with the members of team
Doing more research on the topics given Miss-management of the team

that will bring the opportunity to my future career. As the task was the group task but as the
individual I have to give some of the strengths and inputs on the task. With the help of the event I
came to know how to be presented in front of the people while doing the presentation. As I was
going to give the presentation among the clients so that I have to prepare the slides for them and
shared with them. The positive aspect of the event was that I came to overcome the public fear which
was the opportunity built by the organizing the event. The main advantages was to make achieve the
goal for the team but for me it was to overcome my fears and then become a professional man. For
the event the sources that we included was the discussion with the clients, making the slides and
presenting over them, making them to fill up the feedback form to know how they liked the event
and for our motivation too.
There was many opportunities developed with the event. By giving the best that I can to solve the
problem I can built more place for the opportunities. There are many weaknesses in the human.
Among them the main problem of mine was against the public fear and then the lack of the
confidence. For that I have to involved in public program, negotiate with the people and then built
the opportunity among the team members.

the team must be loyal towards the goal of the team. As the individual role is also the important role
in the team dynamics it helps to make the personal life also better. Critically evaluation of the
problem helps to maintain the professionalism in the individuals. In order to analyze the critical
problem you must first assess the problem and then clarify the problem. Comment on the solutions
and the outcomes that comes after the analysis.
Introduction:
Continuing professional development (CPD) is the ongoing upgrading, enhancing and maintaining
process of the knowledge from where the learner must be able to gain the skills. Everything that
improve your skill and knowledge is CPD. For example: if you don’t know how to cook and you
learn it from the internet then it is also an example of CPD.
As being the intern in an IT Officer at the company for the last six months where thirty people was
working on different levels it becomes challenge to handle the problem for that I planned to do CPD.
CPD helps me to expand my capacity of maintaining the company well managed as well as helps me
to improve my personal and professional skills like leadership skills, decision making skills, setting
the goals in the company, making development plans etc.
CPD can be maintained through organizing many workshops, conferences, events, practical training,
idea sharing and many more other techniques. CPD is not maintained only by the academic
qualification. It is also done through the practical aspects. CPD will automatically help to up skill
and re-skill the individual for their progress.
Features of CPD:
The key features of CPD is that it needs to be documented. Everything in the company needs to be
documented because according to the documentation staffs are used to be fired and hired. CPD
documentation also helps them to know the growth and contribution in the company. CPD is the
practical based experience, skills and no need of the expertise. Staffs in the company used to gain
knowledge more from their experience rather than by observing it. CPD includes both the formal and
non-formal learnings. It also helps to be self-directed like solving the problems by their own skills
rather than asking to others.
Steps of CPD:
Steps of CPD includes questioning. CPD needs to be documented to know the experiences and for
the future if the same problem arises then to solve it also documentation of the CPD is needed.
Plan:
The activities that you are going to do or doing currently should be planned before you started it.
Then it will make easier to solve the issues of the company. The plan must contains the goals of the
organization or simply the event. CPD helps to recognize things easily and then requirements to
solve it. If you ask the fallowing questions while planning then it makes easier to find your goals.
Do it:
When the planning is done then it needs to be done or executed. All the tasks in the company cannot
be accomplished at the same time due to the busy schedules. So there should be applied of some of
the time management techniques like Eisenhower’s time table matrix, scheduling, 8 D’s etc. I have
scheduled the works in the work place. Motivation is also the essential factors in the steps of CPD
Record:
While you are doing the steps of CPD it needed to be recorded so that at future if the same problem
arise then it helps on solving them. It is better to monitor daily while recording because it helps to
know you whether you are at the right track towards the goal or not.
Reflect:
Reflecting is the step where you used to show what you have done up to now i.e. from planning to
record. Reflection of the work is needed because it helps to know what you have done up to now and
what are needed further. Without the reflection of the work there is no value of planning, recording,
executing it.
How did I learned it? I learned it from personal experiences and the
through the different internet mediums.
How do I apply this on practical life? I apply it on the employees by setting those rules
or by giving them as an event.
What have I learned? I have learned how to manage the team and how
to coordinate with them.
Does my result/output bring changes? Yes, my output brought changes because it was
followed by all the staffs on the office.
Needs of CPD.
1. It helps to maintain the stander with the other peoples to achieve the common goals.
2. Makes you to do the meaningful contribution to achieve the goals.
3. Helps to stay interested and interesting.
4. Achieve your career as well as individual.
5. Helps to get more skills and built the confidence.
Conclusion:
There are many benefits of the CPD. It helps you to be up-to-date with the current works of yours.
CPD learning helps to continue a learning and contribution to the team for the better outputs. It helps
to be interested and interesting in a company. Like organizing an event that makes staffs interested to
do extra works and giving them proper environments lets them to have an interesting on the work. I t
helps to maintain the good relationship among the staffs and the boss at the company. It also help to
build up a confidence to speak up and make friends on public. CPD helps in the private as well as
professional life.

assembles in order to demonstrate that you have the quality to get the job and have the experimental
learning. Portfolio also helps to maintain the development plan. Portfolio helps in maintaining the
skill, makes you belief on the work, qualification etc. portfolio helps to maintain the success on the
life and helps to know even the risk tolerance and helps to manage it.
Portfolio evaluates the learning progress and academic achievement and also determines whether you
met the academic requirement of the course with grade level promotion and graduations. It also helps
to maintain the academic goals and progress as learners. Portfolio helps to know your skill, strength
and power that you have gained through the various experiences and relet to the career that you are
interested with.

making the development plan is to make the support for the short terms and long terms goals.
Introduction:
The willingness and desires of getting something so that it could help to the overall goal of the future
is known as motivation. People are used to be motivated through their self-interest and passion
towards the dreams.
In the workplace like in the IT Company motivation means the inspiration to pull the weight
effectively, to give loyalty to the team members, to work in the team, maintains the team dynamics,
to handle the task and the company. It is the set of the forces that causes people to behave in the
certain ways like moving forward to get something, continuing although once the plan doesn’t
worked out etc.
Motivation and performance are the two different thigs but it comes in the same order. Motivation
lead to work hard and working hard leads to the performance. That is in simple way:
Motivation only doesn’t leads to the success and performance only also doesn’t leads to the success.
Means they are interrelated to each other. Needs and drives means things that you need and there
should be a good environment and better effort to execute it. After executing there will create an
opportunity for the future goals and incentives and that leads to the performances. Performance
should be done by the able or the skilled person in order to get the output from it. This is the process
of motivation that leads to the performances.
level people will claim for further facilities on the life i.e. self fulfilment.
Conclusion:
Motivated people are specially searched by the companies and organization because they are more
productive towards the responsibilities and goals of the organization. They can lead to the use of the
economic resources. Motivation leads to the higher efficiency of the work and reduces the labor
turnover problem in the company.
Introduction:
Continuing professional development is plans that can make your life more professional. It us the
record of your own experiences, knowledge, learning skills and all the things. CPD needs to be
supportive innovative and creative. It helps in improving the individual as well as team work and
personal as well and professional life.
CPD is the life long process that is gained through only the experiences and experiments. CPD helps
to stay interested and interesting. It is not focused on the long term or the indirect benefits of the
company. The individual staffs and the CPD known person should be collaborative in order to
evaluate the range of the CPD. By maintaining the CPD on the company it is necessary to reduce the
labor turnover rate, improve the moral habit and then reduces the stress.
The most important factor during the learning of the CPD is to make the documentation of the things
that you have been doing. It let you to do the things that are not been done and then also used to trace
the work of yours to make the focus towards the problem. Documentation is done in order to watch
the problem that have been solved before also. The effectiveness of the staffs in the company or an
organization is with the help of the documentation. Documentation is the important factor to make
understand about the CPD. It describes all the things that have been done while maintaining the
CPD.
The solutions of the problems are being solved by yourself so that the knowledge and skills are

you will obviously get the good feedback and then it keeps you interesting to maintain the CPD in
the life. The main function of the CPD is to maintain the record, review the problem and then reflect
them in the professional life.
The most important factor on CPD is to documents the problems and the solution on the first stage
and then on the next stage the CPD should be review from time to time so that you will be on the
track to solve the problem and then make the solutions of it. If the documentation is not done then
there will be the great problem to review the CPD and on the third step there is to reflect the
development of the CPD. CPD is the life knowledge process and if it is not reflected on the work on
the daily life as well as in the professional life then there will be no meaning of maintaining the CPD
in the daily life. All those stages of the CPD should be maintained clearly so that it will become
easier to maintain the life professional. If one of the step is mistakenly underestimated then the
whole process of the CPD will be goes down. So that to maintain good CPD you need to document,
review the document time to time and then implement the documented and the reviewed process in
the daily life.
Conclusion:
CPD is an ongoing process in the life. To make the CPD first of all plan the whole thing. Then keep
the documentation of the whole thing that you have created then reflect it on the work and then
report it that you have completed your CPD. CPD is the process to be the professional in the life and
to manage all the things like the time, skills etc. in order to make the CPD the individual must be
responsible to the work and be the loyal in the work that they ate doing. After maintain the CPD
