Available Options:

Auto numbering, update not allowed       - The number will be automatically generated and will not be editable

Auto numbering, update allowed            - The number will be automatically generated and will be editable

No auto numbering, update not allowed   - The number will not be automatically generated and will not be editable

No auto numbering, update allowed        - The number will not be automatically generated and can be entered manually

3. What is the setup to have the Party, Customer Account and Party Site Number enabled to enter/edit manually ?

Ans. There are two options which can be set at the Site level:

  i. Set the profile options to the value: Auto numbering, update allowed  - The number will be automatically generated and will
be editable/updatable

 ii. Set the profile options to the value: No auto numbering, update allowed - The number will not be automatically generated
and can be entered manually

4. Party, Customer Account and Site numbering are not sequential for Automatic Numbering. Is it possible for these
numbers to be created sequentially and gapless?

Ans. No.There are no options available to create these numbers gapless and sequentially. However, the same can be made
editable or enterable - Refer to Q# 3

Also, there is an enhancement request for the account sequence: ER 22576226 - DOCUMENT SEQUENCING FOR CUSTOMER
ACCOUNT NUMBERING
