IV. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT

To ensure the safety of students as well as the parents and teachers against
COVID-19 pandemic the classrooms were prepared by following the guidelines set
by IATF and the DepEd to maintain proper physical and social distancing of parents
and students
V. EQUIPMENT AND LEARNING MATERIALS

When it comes in Equipment and Learning materials the Department of education is

providing the needs of teachers and the learners. The DepEd provides the modules needed
by the students, providing the teachers with supplies ( Ink, printer and bond paper) to
ensure the proper supplies of Self-Learning Modules.
VI. NETWORKING

Networking was done through a better relationship among SHS teachers and JHS teachers.
By having LAC sessions the relationship and camaraderie of the teachers are strengthen.
Also we created group chats with the students to make sure that we can check them from
time to time and to add inputs to their current lessons.
VII. CHALLENGES FOR THE FIRST QUARTER

Our Education System ensures that in this time of pandemic our students will have
continuous learning despite of things we’d experiencing right now. By this Department of
Education think of ways on how to incorporate learning to the students.

In our situation, because our school is located in mountainous area, blended or online
learning is not applicable to us that’s why modular approach is the one we deliver to the
students. There are some students that can finish it on time but other students can’t finish it
on time that’s why other students are left behind. Therefore they still need the guidance of
the teacher to make sure that they will finish their modules and there is no student will left
behind.
VIII. RECOMMENDATION

To ensure the health and safety of the teachers, staff, students and parents of Calangitan

High School, The school must continue to implement and strengthen more the

implementations and polices to fight COVID-19 to ensure that the school is safe and it’s

COVID-19 free institution and when it comes to the module printing the school must

continue to have 1 is to 1 ratio to the modules per students to ensure the safety of the

students to have no physical contact. In this time of pandemic we need to fight as one and

continue the learning of the students despite of the pandemic.
