Due to the workplace atmosphere, Valentin accepted another job offer. As a consequence,
Valentin will not be stressed anymore. Such a decision led to Valentin being more cooperative in
his workplace.

One environmental factor that might be connected to behaviour in the case of Valentin is observed
in the atmosphere created in the cafe. For example, Valentin’s poor communication with his
colleagues quite possibly led to the usnpleasant atmosphere in the cafe during the later part of the
day.
Here is an example of a good paragraph by a student. They are discussing an issue from the
case study, and clearly identifying the factors and how they interrelate.
Notice:
1. The linking words are clear and useful.
2. Examples are given.
3. The factors are explained clearly.
4. Evidence from the research is provided.
