AGREEMENT

Know All Men By These Presents:

That this Agreement is made and executed by and between:

ALONA V. RAGAS, of legal age, Filipino, married to Alchier Q. Ragas,


Sr. and a resident of Purok 10, San Vicente, Asuncion, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

-and-

JVS AGRI VENTURE with its office address


at Talaingod, Davao del Norte, represented by its proprietor, JUBER V.
SOLMERON, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Purok 4-
A, Sto. Niño, Talaingod, Davao del Norte, Philippines, hereinafter referred to
as the SECOND PARTY;

-Witnesseth-

That the FIRST PARTY is willing to supply/provide a Cavendish


banana from her 1.5 Hectare banana plantation to JVS Agri Ventures under
the following terms and conditions:

1. That the FIRST PARTY is given Five (5) years by the SECOND
PARTY to supply a Cavendish Banana to the SECOND PARTY from the
execution of this Agreement;

2. That the FIRST PARTY hereby agrees to the Prevailing Local Market
Price of the Cavendish Banana per box;

3. That the FIRST PARTY is not allowed to sell or transact others


buyers without the knowledge of the SECOND PARTY;

4. That this Agreement is entered into by both parties freely and


voluntarily;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereby set their hands this
