TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

More than 10 years in the quality control inspection and monitoring for blasting/painting. Work in
fabrication yard, tank/vessel, chemical plant onshore and offshore. Complying with project specification
requirement, code standard, project inspection test plan (ITP) and safety requirement standard.

Well versed in Microsoft Office, knowledgeable in general computing software including networking and
internet.
CAREER KNOWLEDGE

Experience in various Oil and Gas disciplines covering onshore and offshore activities.

Having experience and knowledge in Petrochemical Project/Power Plan /Jacket/Hull and Topside
fabrication and installation, Platform Expansion Work and Onshore Super lift fabrication and testing
and Deepwater steel fabrication Semisubmersible FPS. With these various experience, I have

SCOPE OF WORK

• Review and check blasting and painting procedure for vendor

• Do inspection before, during and after blasting and painting work to ensure all specification and
requirement meets project quality plan.
• Review and check blasting and painting procedure for vendor.
• Inspection and monitoring of surface preparation according the specification.
• Familiar with all type of painting system in oil and gas industry,
• Advise and assist contractor to make sure all works is done properly and archive standard quality.
• Determine of Wet Film Thickness, Dry Film Thickness, Relative Humidity, Steel Temperature,
Surface Profile, MEK test, Chloride & Conductivity Test, Dust Level, Air Pressure, Holiday
Test, and Adhesion Test according to standard.
• Monitoring all pipe line marking and colour coding
• Inspect and monitoring all Passive Fire Protection (PFP) application on site by subcontractor
• Inspect and monitoring all Piping Insulation as Acoustic, Hot Insulation, and Personal Protection
• Witness test panel of paint manufacture for client
• Audit and filling documentation (Daily Inspection Qc Report )
