Re : Warning Letter for Absences

Dear Mrs Nathan,

I am very sorry for my absence from school for three consecutive days. I was not feeling well
and forgotten to inform you early about this situation.
I am aware of the school attendance policy and will be ready to receive this letter as a lesson
for not being responsible informing the school and you about not attending it school for three
days.

As for the letter, I will hand in it with a doctor’s prescription and medical certificate along with
my parents' letter acknowledging the school warning letter so the school management can
be more aware of my situation.

Noted , teacher, I will not repeat this mistake again. I will make sure to inform you early if I'm
not attending school for a certain period nextime .
