Compressor Reading. Since the Compressor has a 63 A Breaker Problem,
Maintenance a 40 Amp Breaker is fitted. The Work of the Duck ting of the
Generator is Inspection.

& Heating Generator Stop at 8:50 AM, Total Gen Set Run 30 Minutes.
Zone Heater is checked due to heating Zone Problem & Three
Maintenance Heater Problem is found & replaced. Two sensor pins are
broken & new sensor is installed. Gang box Switching
Problem Solved at Chemical Room. JONATICS
PNEUMATIC VOLVE are Received and fitted to the
Kneader Silencer.

Kneader Gear Box Oil Level Is Perfect for the machine. 1
Liter Coolant Filling for Generator. Dormitory room line
problem solved.

CC Camera Reading. Observing Extruder Motor. 6 CC Cameras of main
Wiring Gate are connected, Electrical line is connected, and wiring
of CC Camera is Done.

old wire & Replace New Wire.
17-01-2021 Generator I went home on vacation and kept observation all the time. Atikur
Operation & REB Load Shedding, Generator Start at 4:20 AM &
Verification Generator Stop at 4:35 AM, Total Gen Set Run 15 Minutes.

to Clean the Powder During Loading/Unloading, Which had
to be Hang Earlier.

Maintenance Reading. All CC Camera Lance Cleaning. Heating Zone 8
One Heater Problem Change Heater. Kneader Pinion
Greasing, Cutter motor Bearing Greasing & All Motor &
Machine Cleaning. Kneader Machine 630 A Breaker Trip &
Fault Problem. So We Change Breaker.

Verification Reading. New 630 Amp ABB MCCB Circuit Breaker is
& Kneader Bigger than the Previous Circuit Breaker, So the Bus bar is
Panel Drilled & Installed, and the Phase point is matched by the
Maintenance broken point. The nut bolt of the breaker is tightened well &
Checked with connection. Relay 252-PAOG is Changed as it
cannot take lode. REB Load Shedding, Generator Start at
5:10 AM & Generator Stop at 5:25 AM, Total Gen Set Run
15 Minutes.

Reading. And Encourage them not to Turn on the Lights
Unnecessarily, The Compressor filter box is tightened, the
System Engineers Remove the 440 volt line, the Machine is
arranged like a Color Master Batch drawing.

Reading. The Color Master batch machine is Sorted. And
Some Connections are made.

& Sample Reading. It is observed that non return valves are fitted in the
Filler fire pump pipeline. A 2”valve 2 no’s available in the water
Machine tank and needs to be replaced. Checking the filler Sample
Maintenance machine found the controlling problem of the main motor,
and tried to solve it. As it was night, no more attempts were
made.

Filler Problem & Controlling Switching Problem. Mixer Gearbox
Machine Greasing, Extruder Gearbox Greasing & LUBE Oil Filling
Maintenance The Oil Gear Box. Machine All Connection Checkup & The
Nut Bolt is Tightened.
28-01-2021 Operation & First I Come To the Office and Observed the Generator, Atikur

Reading. At 5:30 Am REB Two Phase Drop out Fuse
followed by Phase link, I come to the Factory on Friday and
Complained to REB Office, They Lifted the Fuse Link at
11:30 am, but Complained again Because they did not get
full Voltage and Provided full Voltage at 12:30 Pm.

Verification Substation, Cooling tower, Compressor, Db Board and
& Cooling Machine with REB Reading. The Compressor, MDB
Tower Substation room is cleaned, the cooling tower is cleaned, and
Maintenance the water fan of the cooling tower was opened and
connected. January Month Pic Time Energy Consumption
11112.4986 kwh, off Pic Time Energy Consumption
26458.33 kwh, &Total 24 Hours Energy Consumption for
the month of December 37570.36 kwh. & Total REB Bill
Around 450,000+_ tk. Generator Fuel Consumption 90 Liter.
Diesel Gen Energy Consumption 96.7 KWH.
