Registration Thru
Website
1) Go to www.staysafe.ph then click Continue with Web App.
2) Enter your mobile number, then click Continue.
3) Enter the OTP that you received thru SMS then click Verify.
4) Enter your details then click Complete Profile.
5) Select if you have any current symptoms in the following then click
Submit.
6) You are now successfully registered to StaySafe.PH App!

Citizens’ Module 3
Step 1: Go to www.staysafe.ph then click Continue with Web App.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number, then click Continue.

Registration Thru
Mobile App
1) Go to Play Store or App Store, search 7) Tap the StaySafe.PH icon to

It will display the Terms
of Use of the StaySafe
app. After reading, tap
Accept Terms of Use.

Note: You may tap Not Now.

Tap Enable Exposure
Notification Google-

tap Turn on to enable
your Bluetooth.

How to Scan QR?

A. Using Phone Camera B. Using StaySafe.PH App

How to Update Health Status

1) Open StaySafe PH App then tap the StaySafe icon


2) Tap Health Check.
3) Select if you have any current symptoms or None of the
above then tap Submit. You will be then redirected to your
QR ID with a confirmation Saved.
